Comfortable apartment, living room and bedroom, well equipped in Royan, equipped for 4 people, in the city center on the 2 floor of a small residence with balcony overlooking the rear of the building and the free closed private parking on site. Quiet, exceptional location 400 meters from the train station, shops, 700 meters from the Grande Conche beach, the city center and its famous central market. A bicycle parking, if you rent bikes to explore the magnificent stage trails that go from Royan to Palmyra via the Velodyssey, 15 km and if you wish on the hundreds of groomed and marked trails along the coastline of the 'atlantic, through the pine forests.

appartement trÚs bien situé.

Appartement fonctionnel, trĂšs bien situĂ© ( je n'ai pas eu besoin de ma voiture pendant 2 semaines ), trĂšs bon accueil. Le seul petit bĂ©mol c'est le balcon orientĂ© Nord Est. Mais ça peut ĂȘtre un avantage en cas de grosses chaleurs.

We stayed for a week in fantastic Royan. We were happy with the security of the apartment and parking. The location was great for walking to all venues and a wide variety of restaurants. This apartment was great value.

Agréable séjour à Royan

Appartement lumineux, trÚs propre, bien équipé, confortable et trÚs bien situé. Accueil chaleureux, le parking est trÚs pratique et bien sécurisé, l'immeuble est sympa. On est dans la ville ou à la plage. Tout c'est bien passé. Tranquillité absolue. Délicieux restaurant, l'Avocette, à deux pas. Les promesses sont tenues.
