- Large south facing terrace with electric awning, garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs
- Large green area common to the residence a few steps from the house (ideal for children) with petanque
- Private parking place

- Playground with sea view (large green area, children's games, bowling, table tennis, table football, etc.)
- Market in Saint-Jacques on Monday morning (in summer)
- Supervised beach, sailing school, hiking on the many marked coastal paths

Malheureusement, en tant que propriétaire, je ne suis pas responsable. C'est bien Abritel qui a prélevé la caution, je n'ai eu aucun versement de mon côté.
