The property is a fully furnished one bedroom split level loft apartment in a condominium complex comprising 32 apartments on its own private beach with a pool. The bedroom has a king size bed, and is in the loft area . The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 adults.
The apartment has a balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and landscaped gardens. With a view of the ocean, Smart TV with free cable service, Fully equipped with plenty of cooking gear, Refrigerator and Stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. There’s also a lockable safe in the apartment, and housekeeping and laundry service. . Free high speed wireless Internet service is also available. Beach lounge chairs and beach towels are available.

If you want to visit other parts of the island a car is needed. If you just want to stay in the Ocho Rios area get a Taxi which would cost about USD10 or get what we call a route Taxi, which is shared and costs no more the JMD 200.

Just perfect in every way

Apartment was beautifully kept. A balcony with a view of the ocean A sea pool where you can snorkel and a great pool. All staff were so pleasant. This is a very special spot.

Comfortable, peaceful & friendly

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for three weeks. We found it comfortable and well maintained. The staff at the resort were all friendly and vary helpful. It is in an ideal location to reach many tourist attractions, travelling either by private taxi or route taxi. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, with a good sized swimming pool and a small private beach (beach shoes are recommended) If we were to visit this part of Jamaica again, this is where we would want to stay. As expected

I've stayed in Crissann's Resort before so I knew exactly what to expect and I was not disappointed. The apartment was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy and everything I needed was available. Simone the housekeeper was nice and very helpful despite grieving her grandfather. The host was very communicative and informative about the art work. Oshea the security guard was very helpful with the check in process and Anthoney was so sweet to climb the tree and get me fresh coconuts everyday! I truly enjoyed my stay and my only complaint is that I had to leave. Other than that, EVERYTHING was perfect!

A Very Special Place

My husband and I spent 1 week at Chrisanns. We loved Apt. 9........Dulcia has decorated the place with comfortable furniture and some wonderful art from Jamaica and Bali. We both "slept like babies" on her great king bed. Having the pool and the little private beach just downstairs was a definite plus. There are a couple of restaurants just in walking distance.......Glenn's is across the street and you can eat breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Of course, you can eat in the apt. if you wish as the kitchen is fully equipped. The jerk center has some awesome jerk chicken. And finally there's Toscanini's (a 2 minute walk).......all I can say is -- WOW!! The staff at Chrisann's made us feel like family.......and Dulcia made it very personal by being in touch with us to make sure all was ok. We had a very relaxing vacation and the only problem was that we had to leave.

Enjoyable stay

I spent three weeks at this property and fell in love with how close it is to the beaches and other sights. Luckily my driver Mr Dean was there to make sure I always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. He was quite the tour guide showing me around. I plan on coming back to Jamaica soon.

Awesome! Perfect for our needs.

The place was awesome. Just like it looked in pictures and exactly what we were looking for. Because negotiating Jamaica traffic in a rental car can be daunting it was very easy to simply "stay home" and enjoy the pool and ocean here rather than fight tourists and crowds. Apt was nicely furnished and good size. Only issue was that we lost power one night for 3 hours and had instructions where lanterns and flashlights were - and they weren't there. The staff (and Jamaican people in general) were very kind, polite, and helpful.

Beautiful and Cozy

We stayed here to celebrate our 10th anniversary and Apt 9, along with the grounds, was just beautiful. We felt right at home here, everything was provided as stated in the description. Dulcia was amazing in helping us plan our trip, arranging a driver to come pick us up from the airport and checking in with us several times to see how we were doing. She even left a Jamaican pudding as her congratulations on our anniversary. Marvia and Simone did an excellent job with tidying the apartment every day. We enjoyed our time in Jamaica very much!

Spring Vacation

My husband and I spent a week here and we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff and although we arrived early we did not have to wait to check in. The owner of the Villa, Dulcia, was most gracious and very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The villa was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated her well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals when we wanted to. The location just outside of Ocho Rios was perfect! Just a short taxi ride to all of the local attractions. This was really a great place for our romantic getaway. We would recommend Paradise suite to anyone.

Paradise at last

"Fabulous" was my first word upon arriving at the Paradise Suite for my honeymoon, I was greeted with a lovely aroma as we walked to our room, we saw fine artwork all the way. We had the view of the pool from our balcony and we were just steps away from the ocean. The ambiance was great and we enjoyed every moment of it, we were also treated well by the staff of Chrisann's they were very courteous. Thanks a lot Mrs. Tulloch for such an extraordinary experience this is a memory we will cherish for years I'd do it all over again.

A Relaxing Week

Spent a week there November 25 to December 3. We had an absolutely wonderful time there. Place is just as pictures show and Dulcia is an absolute gem to book from. Replies were very quick. Was the first time we rented a condo so not sure what to expect, but we had the most pleasant time. Staff were all pleasant and attentive. There is a grocery store across the street and a very nice restaurant called Glenns which we ate at twice. Once again thank you Dulcia!

First off, Dulcia was VERY helpful! She went above & beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of. Not only did she provide us with information on how to get to the property & the average costs for transportation, but she also was able to arrange our transport when our original plans changed. She was also easy to reach once we arrived. Prior to our trip she reminded us of essential gear that we would need on our tours & even pointed out some things to do. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room comes equipped with a binder that has additional information on the property & surroundings, too. As for the apartment, it was perfect! Lovely! Cute! Everything we needed for our 2 day stay! Upon our arrival were were greeted by a security guard who was expecting us. Security was quite helpful & warm in assisting us with grabbing taxis & general questions about the area. The space looked a little larger on the pictures (I thought), but it was more than enough for just my husband & I. I loved that the loft with the bed was upstairs for added privacy. Although it was a little warm when we first arrived there no problem keeping cool! Upstairs had a fan, & we kept the AC on auto throughout our stay. Just make sure you turn on the water heater about half an hour before use or your shower will be chilly. The property was also well kept & comfortable. The pool kept busy most of the time, but nothing crazy-just a few kids enjoying the swim! Now, the beach... don't let it's size fool you! We were so glad that we brought our snorkeling gear! Right outside of the shallow beach's waters is a great place to see the underwater wildlife. There's an immediate drop right outside of the rocks (about 15 ft) that provided a look at a lot of colorful sea creatures who live nearby. It was simply gorgeous overall! There was a sweet little spot with a gazebo where we watched our first Jamaican sunset & enjoyed a few drinks. Ah... I wish I was there now! Lastly, thankfully, there were two spots to eat right across the street as well as a market. This was helpful because we didn't want to taxi every time we were hungry. We did hail a taxi next door for 200JMD for dinner at another spot one night because it was too dark to walk. We were just glad that there were things to do nearby if we didn't want to hitch a ride everywhere because, truthfully, we didn't. Great property! I would definitely stay again! The price was a great bargain for everything you got!

Best place by far

Dulcia, i am leaving this morning and I am very sad to go. Your place was absolutely perfect and I love Chrisanns and the staff. Truly a piece of paradise. I dont plan to stay anywhere else but here from now on. I had a lovely time and cant wait to get back. I have been many places in JA but never been so comfortable as I was in Dulcia's apt 9 at Chrisanns. It truly felt like home away from home and I was very sad to go. Safety first

My granddaughter (16) and I stayed at Chrisanns for 18 days. It was just as advertised. Dulica was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in making arrangements. She sent Kristy (a taxi driver) to pick us up at the airport. We were able to easily identify him because he held a sign with our names on it. He stopped at a grocery store so that we could buy supplies on our way to the condo. He even went in with us to help us find what we needed. When we arrived at the condo the guard and the housekeeper were outside waiting to greet us and to show us to our door. There was juice, water and snacks already there. It was absolutely gorgeous outside. Thanks to the staff, Dulica and Kristy for a safe and pleasant experience.

An oasis of relaxation

We spent 3 nights at this lovely little condo complex. It has private beach access, swimming pool and is up the road from the hectic pace of downtown Ocho Rios. Condo is cute, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Several restaurants and a small grocery store are directly across the street. The staff at Chrisanns were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at the apartment for a few days in January of this year.. it was amazing! Everything was so seamless and straightforward starting with the booking process . Dulcia was very attentive to my questions and made herself available anytime that I needed clarification or had questions about the food, attractions, etc. in the area. She gave honest advice about what to do in the area from how we should get from the airport to how we should get around Ocho Rios. The apartment itself was very nice- we called it our little tropical oasis! It was perfect for us! The views as soon as we got to the apartment were breathtaking. Dulcia made sure that we had snacks and beverages for our arrival. The apartment is fully stocked with housewares so we were able to make snacks, hot beverage at our own convenience. We had a housekeeper who cleaned daily and was the absolute nicest lady. She always made sure we were taken care of. There was a great restaurant across the street called that we went to everyday for breakfast and most days for dinner simply because we loved the food so much. However, more food and tons of activities are only a short taxi ride away (use the route taxis). There was also a fully stocked grocery store directly across the street so we were able to pick up beverages and snacks at our convenience. We visited Dunn's River Falls and Mystic Mountain and also Bamboo Beach Club which is down the street from the apartment. Overall, we totally enjoyed our stay at the apartment and we would 100% recommend it. We will definitely be back!!

Paradise Suite - a honeymoon paradise!

We absolutely loved everything about Paradise Suite and Chrisanns. Dulcia was always prompt, and ever so friendly with her pre travel communications, information and advice. She arranged a wonderful welcome for us and it made us feel truly special. Everyone looked after us fantastically and all the staff at Chrisanns were wonderfully welcoming, Donovan always gave us helpful advice. We didn't expect a daily house cleaning service and Charmaine was absolutely lovely. Trevor supplied us with coconuts most days and an aloe vera detox one day. He was always out keeping the grounds lovely. Montgomery gave us good advice about the taxis too. We mainly chilled out at Chrisanns and we went into Ocho Rios most days, buying food at the markets and having a drink with the locals in the market bar. We much prefer meeting local people when we are overseas and we had lots of opportunity to do that during our time at Chrisanns. It was a welcoming haven, with an amazing rock pool, but it still gave us opportunity to experience the local culture. Thank you for making our honeymoon a wonderfully memorable experience.

Paradise

Dulcia,   Thank you so much for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Your personal touches made this place Exactly what it is. The décor the welcome snacks and card, and all of the beautiful flowers and Decorations that Charmaine added for us were beautiful. You were right in telling us that there was everything we needed right here. From hair dryer to coffee filter, they were here. The place was really and truly fully equipped.  I am leaving my lighted Christmas tree in case we do not get back next Christmas. You can have it to light up someone else’s heart next year. My name is Dulcia Tulloch I was born in Nottingham England and I have lived in Jamaica for 44 years as I married a Jamaican. I have 4 children, Gary, my eldest who is an accountant, lives in England and my other children live in Jamaica. I just love this apartment which is full of wonderful Jamaican art and some original artwork from my travels to Asia where I go to work. & design and also look for jewelry which would be suitable for wholesaling and retailing in Jamaica and the islands. This started as a hobby and now I am doing it full time with 1 of my daughters Jane my eldest What I can say about that is when we are away we just cannot wait to come back home to Jamaica and my Chrisanns. I have 4 dogs that drive me mad as they love me so much they jump up me and just will not stop until all have has sufficiently petted. I grew up in a place called Arnold which is in Nottingham. The war was still on and times were really hard then.

We bought this apartment for many reasons. Firstly, because of the private sea pool which is just steps from the apartment. It's a small complex so there isn't much noise, even when children are on property. There is the feeling of peace that I experience every single time I go to Chrisanns. There are three restaurants within walking distance and the same people have been there for years. Everyone knows you so it's like coming home. Chrisanns is a happy place just minutes away from Ocho Rios and near to so many attractions, so what more could you want. This is paradise and I consider myself to be very lucky to be able to live here. Come and let us show you Jamaican hospitality. One love, Dulcia. Peaceful, tranquil, home.

What makes Chrisanns unique is that from any of the apartments you are just steps to the ocean. As there are only 31 apartments, more than likely you will be able to go to the gazebo and watch the sunset with your loved one, be by yourself and have the entire ocean just for you. You just cannot find that anywhere else, that is what I love the most about Chrisanns. The Jamaican people always make you feel so special and at home.
