De belles vacances dans une villa d'exception

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa Morgan à St François. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants. Nous avons adoré cette villa, qui est trés bien équipée, bien exposée, décorée avec soins. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous avons également vraiment apprécié Chantal, qui nous a chalereusement accueilli, pour sa disponibilité, ses précieux conseils et sa gentillesse. Encore mille merci à Chantal et à Manuel de Prestige Villa Rental. Nous retournerons probablement un jour sur l'ßle Papillon et les yeux fermés avec Prestige Villa Rental ! La famille Dez-Cools

Excellent séjour !

La maison est trÚs belle, trÚs bien aménagée. La piscine est vraiment top, le jardin est magnifique. Chantal est trÚs sympathique, elle est de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour en Guadeloupe. Le seul petit bémol, mais vous pouvez rien y faire, c'est la route qui borde le jardin.

Nous Ă©tions huit amis et nous nous sommes sentis privilĂ©giĂ©s de sĂ©journer dans un tel cadre. Une trĂšs belle et grande piscine avec jets de massage. Équipements haut de gamme et une literie exceptionnelle. Une dĂ©coration soignĂ©e et contemporaine. TrĂšs bien situĂ©e. Je voulais juste rajouter que l'accueil de Chantal a vraiment Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ©. Elle est formidable et trĂšs professionnelle. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sensibles aux petites attentions telles que la corbeille de fruits exotiques et le planteur ainsi que tous les ingrĂ©dients nĂ©cessaires au premier petit dĂ©jeuner. Vraiment un grand merci 👍

Avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la villa entiĂšrement ouverte, la grande piscine, les Ă©quipements du logement (nespresso, machine Ă  laver, grille-pain...), les 4 SDB.. La propretĂ© : jardin entretenu par des jardinets, piscine entretenue par la prĂ©sence rĂ©guliĂšre d’une personne en charge. Le service conciergerie : Chantal est trĂšs disponible et trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Absolutely amazing!

Spent two weeks in this villa and it did not disappoint. Chantal welcomed us very well and got us settled properly in the house. The house and outdoor area looks even better in real life compared to the pictures. I do not have a single complaint, everything was perfect. What did we enjoy the most? The HUGE pool! There’s nothing to think about, just rent this house, you will not be disappointed. Location is great and felt safe, the house is in a gated community.

Great place to stay

The layout was ideal for the four couples staying together. The kitchen was well appointed and the home spacious. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds were well kept. The property manager Chantel was very helpful to us and ensured all our needs were met . She even went out of her way several time to drive us to the grocery store to purchase heavier items as we did not rent a vehicle. We recommend pest control be hired to spray for ants around the kitchen area and eliminate rodents in the roof area. We also suggest a larger water holding reservoir be purchased as there is often water shortages on the Island. At one point we were without water for three days. We also recommend a boil drinking water advisory be posted in the kitchen area to alert guests or to purchase drinking water.

GENIALISSIME !!!

Vacances trÚs réussies grùce à cette somptueuse villa tout confort et décorée avec goût. Nous y reviendrons sûrement trÚs vite. Tout était parfait. On a eu du mal à refaire les valises pour la quitter !!!! L'emplacement du local poubelles. Une télécommande pour le portail du domaine serait la bienvenue.

La maison correspondait totalement Ă  nos attentes. De belles surfaces avec de beaux volumes, bien dĂ©corĂ©e, une literie de bonne qualitĂ© et une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Une piscine de rĂȘve, par sa grandeur, sa balnĂ©o et sa situation au centre de la villa. Il manque un ventilateur dans la cuisine et peut-ĂȘtre aussi l'automatisation du portail pour finir d'apporter la qualitĂ© premium de la villa.

La villa est tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  la description. Elle est trĂšs fonctionnelle, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e. Elle est sans vis-Ă -vis et proche de Saint-François. Merci Ă  Chantal (l’intendante) pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Merci aussi au propriĂ©taire pour sa gentille attention avant notre dĂ©part. Le gros inconvĂ©nient, et pas des moindres, ce sont les nuisances sonores
 Elle est situĂ©e prĂšs d’une route trĂšs passante oĂč il y a beaucoup de bruit causĂ© par les voitures, camions, motos. Impossible de faire une sieste au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont Ă©galement mal insonorisĂ©es car les fenĂȘtres sont Ă©quipĂ©es de claustras qui laisse passer tous les bruits extĂ©rieurs. Il manque des couettes (pour ceux qui sont habituĂ©s Ă  dormir avec et non avec de simples draps) et un pĂšse-personne. Dommage car sinon, tout Ă©tait parfait

Facile de rejoindre Chantal qui s’occupe de la maison. Nous avons manquĂ© d’eau durant presque 3 jours, elle a fait son possible pour rĂ©gler le problĂšme.

Le cadre de la maison son confort et sa conception. Villa trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Dans les chambres mettre des fenĂȘtres pour Ă©viter le bruit des grenouilles qui est vraiment trĂšs gĂȘnant pour le sommeil. Trouver un systĂšme pour minimiser le bruit qui est trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able
