Absolutely amazing!

Spent two weeks in this villa and it did not disappoint. Chantal welcomed us very well and got us settled properly in the house. The house and outdoor area looks even better in real life compared to the pictures. I do not have a single complaint, everything was perfect. What did we enjoy the most? The HUGE pool! There’s nothing to think about, just rent this house, you will not be disappointed. Location is great and felt safe, the house is in a gated community.

The layout was ideal for the four couples staying together. The kitchen was well appointed and the home spacious. The pool was cleaned regularly and the grounds were well kept. The property manager Chantel was very helpful to us and ensured all our needs were met . She even went out of her way several time to drive us to the grocery store to purchase heavier items as we did not rent a vehicle. We recommend pest control be hired to spray for ants around the kitchen area and eliminate rodents in the roof area. We also suggest a larger water holding reservoir be purchased as there is often water shortages on the Island. At one point we were without water for three days. We also recommend a boil drinking water advisory be posted in the kitchen area to alert guests or to purchase drinking water.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la villa Morgan à St François. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants. Nous avons adoré cette villa, qui est trés bien équipée, bien exposée, décorée avec soins. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous avons également vraiment apprécié Chantal, qui nous a chalereusement accueilli, pour sa disponibilité, ses précieux conseils et sa gentillesse. Encore mille merci à Chantal et à Manuel de Prestige Villa Rental. Nous retournerons probablement un jour sur l'île Papillon et les yeux fermés avec Prestige Villa Rental ! La famille Dez-Cools

Excellent séjour !

La maison est très belle, très bien aménagée. La piscine est vraiment top, le jardin est magnifique. Chantal est très sympathique, elle est de bons conseils pour passer un excellent séjour en Guadeloupe. Le seul petit bémol, mais vous pouvez rien y faire, c'est la route qui borde le jardin.

Nous étions huit amis et nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés de séjourner dans un tel cadre. Une très belle et grande piscine avec jets de massage. Équipements haut de gamme et une literie exceptionnelle. Une décoration soignée et contemporaine. Très bien située. Je voulais juste rajouter que l'accueil de Chantal a vraiment été apprécié. Elle est formidable et très professionnelle. Nous avons été très sensibles aux petites attentions telles que la corbeille de fruits exotiques et le planteur ainsi que tous les ingrédients nécessaires au premier petit déjeuner. Un très beau séjour en famille

La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes. De belles surfaces avec de beaux volumes, bien décorée, une literie de bonne qualité et une cuisine très bien équipée. Une piscine de rêve, par sa grandeur, sa balnéo et sa situation au centre de la villa. Il manque un ventilateur dans la cuisine et peut-être aussi l'automatisation du portail pour finir d'apporter la qualité premium de la villa.

La villa est tout à fait conforme à la description. Elle est très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Elle est sans vis-à-vis et proche de Saint-François. Merci à Chantal (l’intendante) pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Merci aussi au propriétaire pour sa gentille attention avant notre départ. Le gros inconvénient, et pas des moindres, ce sont les nuisances sonores… Elle est située près d’une route très passante où il y a beaucoup de bruit causé par les voitures, camions, motos. Impossible de faire une sieste au bord de la piscine. Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées car les fenêtres sont équipées de claustras qui laisse passer tous les bruits extérieurs. Il manque des couettes (pour ceux qui sont habitués à dormir avec et non avec de simples draps) et un pèse-personne. Dommage car sinon, tout était parfait…

Le cadre de la maison son confort et sa conception. Villa très bien équipée. Dans les chambres mettre des fenêtres pour éviter le bruit des grenouilles qui est vraiment très gênant pour le sommeil. Trouver un système pour minimiser le bruit qui est très désagréable
