About this property

Beaufort Cottage in Pigeon Point Near Downtown Beaufort and Paris Island

Brand new custom home with 3 Bedroom, 2 ½ Baths is conveniently located in downtown Beaufort and has one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds. House is tastefully appointed and has hardwood floors throughout with tiled baths. All bedrooms have 43” Smart TVs and there is a 50” Smart TV and DVD/Blue Ray Player in the den. Master bath has a free standing soaker tub (don't fall asleep ) with a separate walk-in shower. Chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare the perfect low country recipe. The front porch has comfy lounging furniture where you can enjoy your coffee or cocktail. House is situated on a cute, compact lot that is fully fenced with tandem parking for two cars.

Bay Street is about a 15-minute walk and is loaded with some of our favorite restaurants in South Carolina as well as countless eclectic shops and art galleries. Beautiful Pigeon Point Park is right next door and Pigeon Point Boat Landing is less than ½ mile, where you can go crabbing, fishing, or watch the beautiful sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway. Paris Island is a 15-minute drive while Hunting Island State Park/Beach is around a 25-minute drive.

Everything was fabulous. Lots of room and very clean. It was just like being at home. It was on a quiet street. So backing out to leave the place was no problem. But it was very close to Boundary Street which is the one you need to get on to go anywhere. Really a perfect location. TV in bedroom with two bathrooms close to master bedroom on main floor. Cute little porch area out front to see and have drinks. Beautiful flowers and bushes around it. Just a neat place to be.

Great Place

Our family loved our stay. The location was perfect, it was very easy to get anywhere especially the historic district. The space was great and we especially loved the kitchen. One of our favorite parts was to sit on the front porch and visit with people walking by.

The best Pigeon Point property

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood on Pigeon Point, very comfortable, kitchen well appointed with everything you could need, beds are very comfortable, very clean, too cold to sit on front porch that was the only thing we missed! You’ll go back again and again!

5 of us enjoyed this beautiful property for a ladies weekend. It’s perfect. It’s decorative beautifully, the kitchen has everything you need, and is so comfortable. I especially loved the powerful fans on the front porch and the outdoor shower (with warm water) in the back. Perfect all around!

2nd Visit

This was our second visit to the Happy Ours at 1416 Pigeon Point Road... we love this house! Our first stay was for our son's USMC graduation, so we didn't get much time to enjoy the home, but it was comfortable and allowed me to cook some of my son's favorite foods that he missed during boot camp training. During our second visit we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening beverages on the porch. The location and the quality of the fixtures and decorations are awesome. Can't wait to make another visit.

Larger than expected

I stayed with my husband and four other adult family members. The home was larger than expected and there was plenty of room for us all to relax and socialize together. I was worried about only having two full baths with six adults showering but there were never any issues. Location was nice and close to downtown shopping. Grocery store was close as well.

Beautiful Beaufort

We loved our stay so much. The front porch was perfect for coffee and cocktails and taking in the water across the street and chatting with the walkers strolling by. The house is well appointed everywhere! Plenty of towels, extra blankets and I think the kitchen had more to offer than mine at home. We made every meal, enjoyed the large table and afterwards the comfy seating in the living room. The beds were comfortable too. Should we ever find ourselves in Beaufort we would certainly stay here again. Communication with Tide Watch was super and they went above and beyond for us. Thank you for a great stay.

My family reserved this home for our sons graduation from Parris Island Marine boot camp. It was such a monumental experience for everyone and I wanted to stay somewhere we could celebrate our Marine with all the comforts of home. The home provided this and then some. It was one of the most enjoyable places to stay we have ever stayed. The tranquility of sitting on the couch on the front porch listening to the waterfall while drinking coffee looking at the ocean in the distance was exactly what this moms soul needed. I would recommend staying in this home over and over again. Thank you!

1416 Pigeon Pointe House

Beautiful home. Had every amenity. Would stay again. Kitchen was great! Only problem was the satellite TV system. Had no service a couple of times. My husband had some work to do on his laptop but no wyfi. Called property mgmnt and they sent over the maintenance man who was very helpful but it went out again a day or so later. He came again and got it working, then on Friday, out last day, the guy from the satellite company came and got it going. Other than that, it was a great stay!

This property was the total package and the neighborhood is super walkable. There is a beautiful park down the street for kids and the water is a short walk away. This home has everything you need plus extra! It was so nice my mom wanted to but the house and move right in. Amazing!!!!!
