This '20s bungalow sits on a peaceful street in downtown Atlanta's Capitol View Manor. It's flooded with natural light, filled with original art, comfy beds, and cozy fabrics. Our place is perfect for art lovers (we collect local art), folks in the film biz, concert and festival goers, and sports enthusiasts as we are so conveniently located.
You'll find vibrant colors, comfy fabrics, and eclectic antiques throughout. Sleeps four like a dream. The guests will have access to the entire home; Living Room, Dining Room, Breakfast/drinking nook, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, 48in smart tv with Direct TV & HBO MAX (+ streaming capabilities Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Fast internet access. Welcome to a charming, eclectic hideaway in the heart of Capitol View Manor. This 1920s gem retains its quirky character, complete with beautifully refinished hardwood floors, an original fireplace, a front porch, a back deck, and a spacious fenced yard. The main bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized MUSE mattress, while the other offers a comfortable full-size bed. If you need extra sleeping space, the sofa is a cozy option and additional guests can be accommodated with a queen air mattress upon request.

Our one story home is accessible and comfortable for guests of all ages.

Break bread with family and friends after putting our fully stocked and kitchen (with stainless steel appliances) to the test! The sun flows freely throughout our home and our front porch is perfect for porch sitting on a rainy day. We are just a few blocks away from two separate parks, one of which includes a disc golf course and are a short walk to the Atlanta Beltline's westside trail. Just a heads-up, even though we given our home a makeover it’s actually over a century old, so don’t be surprised by a few creaky floorboards and vintage doorknobs. It’s all part of the charm!

Our art collection does have an eclectic side. We’ve got pieces from local illustrators and tattoo artists, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea. We’d recommend taking a peek at our listing photos to see if it matches your style.

Here are some other important things to know:

• We usually host guests with great ratings, but if you’re new here, drop us a line about yourself, your trip, and who’s coming with you when you first get in touch. It helps us get to know you a bit.
• No parties allowed. We’re all about keeping our neighbors happy and peaceful.
• Sorry, but we can’t host locals. It’s a precaution due to past issues with parties.
• Furry friends aren’t allowed at the moment, so please leave your pets at home.
• Smoking is a no-go anywhere on the property.
• Adult guests must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by a guardian.
• And one last thing, all guests need to provide their IDs within 48 hours of booking through the messenger for everyone’s safety.
