A few nights in paradise....

The cottage at 16 S Turtle in Rosemary Beach was exactly what we needed. Very accommodating for my wife, myself and our adult son. It is close to the beach and the restaurants which we used daily. Issues we found with the cottage include a dripping faucet, a missing towel bar (therefore, no place to hang towels) in the bathroom. We could not get NetFlix to run on the AV system. We lost all video connection one night and we just went to bed as we couldn't figure it out. The couch was in need of upholstery cleaning. We could have used some basic facial or body soap as one would find in a hotel. There were limbs brushing the roof (noisily) one evening when the wind kicked up. That should be trimmed. Otherwise, great rental. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. We liked it, but will probably get a larger place and bring more family next time.

Beautiful location

We stayed here for my best friend's birthday in mid-September. The property is very close to the beach in a quiet area of town. You get access to a garage for parking your car, which was very nice. The kitchen is adorable. I slept in the upstairs loft which doesn't have the most comfortable twin beds. Also, the half bathroom upstairs needs some major updating. There was mold on the ceiling, lots of scuffs on the wall paint and no trash can. We found an old fruit loop in the seat of the dining room chair, but the rest of the home was very clean and comfortable and it is so centrally located we walked everywhere. I hope they make the cosmetic updates to the home, and maybe add more comfortable beds upstairs and then it will be perfect.
