Enjoy the best Rosemary Beach has to offer from this creatively designed little jewel, said by some of the locals to be the best-designed carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Located near the exotic Moroccan-style Coquina Pool on the Gulf side of Highway 30-A in Rosemary Beach. Just seven hundred feet to the beach - down the boardwalk to the Eastern Green, where you will find a deck with the Florida Panhandle’s best views of the Emerald Coast and its spectacular sunsets. Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

This was the perfect stay for me and new Fiancé! Kelly and the team was very accommodating and helped us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Two blocks off the beach and was the perfect place for a 3 night stay for us.Would absolutely come back!

We have stayed at this property two times now and have loved it both times! The location and easy access to the beach/pool/restaurants is perfect. The house comes with everything you need for a cozy stay. However, the bathtub does not drain well and hasn’t since we stayed here two years ago. Overall the home is clean but like other reviewers have stated, a new couch and minor updates would be beneficial. Overall we are super happy with this property and would recommend.

It is a cute little spot with excellent amenities, the pool is less than 30 feet away, and beach access and restaurants are 5-minute walk. Overall great experience

Perfect rental in Rosemary

My daughter and I got away for a quick 4 day trip to Rosemary. The Belize Carriage House was perfect for us. The location was great as it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Rosemary beach getaway

This was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. It is super close to the beach and the bike trails make it so easy. We got to meet the property owner and he couldn’t have been more gracious, even offering to go to the grocery store for us. We throughly enjoyed our time!
