This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleep 7-9, and offers 4 bathrooms (2 full, 2 half).

Main Level: Offers a spacious kitchen, full play/toy room for the kids (with TV), dining area, living room with 60-inch TV, full laundry room (available for you), bathroom, and attached garage with 1+ stall available for you to use.

Upper Level: Includes a large primary with ensuite/private bath (whirlpool tub and shower, 2 sinks), and 3 additional bedrooms with a shared full bathroom (bath/shower, 2 sinks).

Lower Level: The finished lower level includes a sectional sofa, half-bathroom, treadmill, 65-inch TV, Air Hockey table.

Outside: The gorgeous backyard includes pergola covered deck and concrete patio with a gas firetable and cushioned chairs for eating and relaxing, large gas grill, Kamado charcoal grill, large cedar playset for the kids. Walking trails and a park are located right in the neighborhood.

Perfect spot to visit EAA Airventure

Great experience throughout and lovely property and location. 15 minutes to EAA and good local shopping and restaurants. Excellent communication from owner. We would come back next time at EAA.
