Large Back Deck, leading to a large back yard, that has a playhouse, sandbox and trampoline for the kids and also firepit for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs etc.

6 person hot tub sauna sitting on the deck. Great area for entertaining all day and evening.
Front lower deck is shaded through the day and is equipped with a bench swing.
The front yard has Birch Bark and Poplar trees which also has a tree swing for kids and the young at heart. It's a great place for bird watching (Hummingbirds, Blue Jays, Chickadees and Robins)
The front upper deck is perfect place for a morning coffee, reading a book and it also has a view of Malpeque Bay but it can be obscured by the trees in full bloom.
Just 1.5 Km to Belmont Provincial Park. Where you will find swings, slides, monkey bars and access to the beach with shallow warm water, perfect for children and is pet friendly. It's a short walk, jog or drive on a low traffic secondary road.

15 Kms to Summerside, the 2nd biggest city on Prince Edward Island.

10'x8' two storey playhouse for kids. It is equipped with a Slide, Rock wall, chalk boards and sand box.
Finished basement includes an entertainment area equipped with a 55" television with Netflix and YouTube. It is also where 1 Queen bedroom and the sofa bed is located.

Wonderful time in an outstanding place

Ideal place for one or two families with young children. Well equipped to do your own cooking as restaurants are not too close by. The property is well maintained and offers children a lot of equipment to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Family Vacation

This property was excellent. Lots of space inside and out. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Clean. Felt like home. The beach down the road was too far to walk (1.5 km), but a good spot for beach exploration. We have boys between 8-12 years old, and they preferred Thunder Cove beach, which was a 45 minute drive (deeper water, bigger waves). Shining Waters and Cows Ice Cream in Cavendish, and Burlington Go Carts just outside Kensington were a huge hit. Summerside is a 20 minute drive - cute town - Holman's Ice Cream delicious. We had a great week! Thanks for hosting us Carter.

Lovely property perfect for a family

We had a lovely stay at this property. It is just as depicted in the photographs. The landscaping is beautiful and the large deck out back is a perfect spot to relax. We were able to have dinners outside on the patio and quiet coffees in the morning on the bench swing listening to the birds. Our kids loved the treehouse and trampoline. A quick walk or drive to Belmont provincial park and you can see the sunrise over the ocean. The hosts gave us all the information we needed to check in and made sure everything was as expected. We would return again!

Perfect for a large family

Wonderful, spacious property with lovely large gardens and lots of parking. Well furnished (both inside and outdoor) and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely location near the ocean although a bit of a drive to stores, restaurants and attractions. You definitely need a car. Wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this house. One comment for the owner - the sofa bed in the basement could do with a new mattress.

This property is unique in it's styling, aesthetically pleasing on the exterior. Great for family photos on the front deck, tree swing, around the wagon wheel and treed front yard.
Back deck is great for sun all day long and late into the evenings.
The interior has recently been updated and painted and is clean and bright.
Secured and unlimited high speed Wifi
Centrally located on the island and is only 15 kms to Summerside which is the islands second largest city but is situated in a country setting surrounded by farms and beaches.
