We have completely renovated this small 18th century house located in the village of Etables sur Mer, a small town halfway between the ports of Binic and Saint Quay Portrieux. The Moulin beach, the closest to the house is 2 km away: sand, swimming, sailing and restaurants await you.
With its 60 m2 and its enclosed walled plot of 300m2, this house is perfect for families. You will appreciate the garden in two parts well exposed South and West.
Ground floor: living room, small kitchen, wc.
1st: bedroom with double bed (160) and storage, bathroom, separate wc.
2nd: large bedroom with double bed (160) and 2 single beds,
Flat screen TV, Wifi

The house is equipped for a comfortable stay for 5 but can accommodate 6 people. A child barrier can be placed on the stairs of the upper bedroom.
We continue to advance our lodging. A composite material terrace was installed in 2017 as well as a garden shed. 2 adult bikes are available.

The district
Etables is a commune on the Goëlo coast, halfway between St Quay Portrieux and Binic. It is a town well located for exploring the entire north coast of Brittany.
The house is located in a quiet street, 200 meters from the center where you will find the shops, as well as the 2 weekly markets. The beaches of the town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, by bicycle with the "ascent", otherwise in a few minutes by car.
During your stay, you can enjoy the calm of the house, the sea and visit the region. We leave at your disposal a welcome guide in which you will find addresses that we have selected to organize your stay.

We will be available throughout your stay for advice: restaurants, beaches, nautical activities, outings, walks ... We have lived here for over 15 years and know the area perfectly.

Internal rules
- We ask you to take care of this old house that we have renovated with heart and to respect the places as much as the neighbors
Duvets and pillows are provided, mattresses and pillows are protected. You therefore agree to supply and use the appropriate sheets, pillowcases and covers for all the beds in the accommodation.

- Bed linen + household linen: 12 € / person for the stay.

The house is yours, as well as the enclosed garden.
We will welcome you and give you our tips (beaches, activities, restaurants, shops, ...). We will remain available during your stay. In order to welcome you as well as possible and make your stay as pleasant as possible, we sometimes get help from a specialized service company when we have to be away.
