Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location that is very convenient and walkable to restaurants, stores, etc. We love the wide walking paths that line the street! With regards to this condo, it definitely is a rental. The kitchen has labels on the cabinets with the number of dishes, very basic and worn furniture, and the curtains need to be washed. It’s a well worn unit but the location cannot be beat.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 bed, 2 bathIt had broken furniture, extremely dirty linen, roaches, bugs, and was not cleaned properly before we got there. I cleaned it myself. I'm aldo glad I took linens because they had dirty sheets, molded pillows, and not enough towels.The location was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hospitality of the suite was excellent. Everything was provided and we could see that we were “welcomed” however the condition of the suite was not stellar. There seems to be a small infestation of roaches. During our stay we killed 5-6 roaches and saw a good amount of dead ones. The floors were extremely dirty and the bed and couches were not up to date . We visit Majestic Sun every year because of the its convenience, and proximity to the beach and other local places. But unfortunately this will be our last stay with Majestic Sun/Seascape . The hospitality was great but I just wish the suite matched it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit but after dark the cockaroaches came out.I killed 18 the first night. The pool heater was broken all week, which is why we rented the unit. You are right on the the major drag strip.And parking was tough because of construction in the lobby.
