And because we give priority to safety, our swimming pool is secured by safety barriers. Your children can enjoy outdoor games (swing, skittles ...) and aquatic equipment (buoys, fries, armbands ...). You will find below the swimming pool, a covered terrace overlooking a small pétanque court as well as a shower room and WC.

Ideally located, you are 10 minutes from Avignon, famous for its famous Festival and its historic monuments (Le Pont Saint Bénézet, the Palais des Papes ...). You will be at the crossroads of many tourist sites: Villeneuve les Avignon, Uzès, Le Pont du Gard, Nimes, the Camargue, famous vineyards.

Beautiful property, great holiday!

A full size, beautiful and very modern/technical house with very good air conditioning presented spotlessly clean. Hosts are amazingly lovely and incredibly discreet, you would hardly know they live on site. Pool is beautiful, deep enough to dive into and around 28c-30c when the ambient was 35c-38c. All in all a great holiday!! My reason for a 4 was, there is busy road quite close which detracted from the ambience a bit, both the WiFI and local mobile signal was slow, and two weeks with the same linen (even though there is a cleaning charge) was a little less than I expected, though full laundry facilities were available to wash our selves.

Bonjour Darren, À votre arrivée, vous avez été agréablement surpris d'avoir une maison impeccable, une literie propre, des serviettes de bain et de piscine propres, une piscine propre et entretenue, une salle de bain et des WC propres.... Et tout cela pour votre plus grand confort. La cotisation pour le ménage sert à couvrir ces frais généraux ! En aucun cas, les frais de ménage incluent la mise à disposition de linge ou autres. De plus, je met à votre disposition une buanderie complète équipée d'un lave linge et d'un sèche linge pour faciliter votre quotidien pendant votre séjour. Si vous souhaitiez avoir une autre paire de draps, il aurait suffit de le demander. Je vous les aurai donner très volontiers.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison. Ilynes nous a accueilli avec les bras grands ouverts et nous a confié sa maison en toute confiance. Très beau séjour dans cette magnifique maison qui remplirait forcément le cahier des charges des plus exigeants. Une climatisation par gaine d une grande efficacité, ultra silencieuse. Une piscine exceptionnelle de 5x10m Le tout d une propreté rare. Seul tout petit bémol sur la proximité de la nationale 100 qui apporte un bruit constant de voiture malgré la centaine de mètres qui nous séparent. Des propriétaires charmants et très discrets. Very nice modern villa with fantastic pool

We had a very pleasant week early July in this villa. The house is spacious and modern. It was very clean compared to other houses we have stayed in. The host lives next doors and is friendly and helpful, discreet but always available when needed. Our kids spent a lot of time in the pool, which has a good size and depth. Avignon is about 20 minutes away. In short, a very nice place to spend a week close to Avignon.

Beautiful new property

This holiday home has the wow factor! From the moment we arrived everything was provided. In fact it was very like staying in a hotel. Ilynes was very helpful and on hand to help with anything we needed. There are even pool toys and a floating whale which my son loved and made playing in the pool even more exciting! The quality of the house is 5* and we can't wait to visit there again.

This is a beautiful home and Ilynes is a great host.

We stayed for 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer! 'This is such a beautiful home in a lovely region of France. My children loved the pool and the owner provided lots of fun pool toys for their enjoyment. The home itself is equipped with all the latest technology and is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Thank you Ilynes for a lovely stay! We hope to come back sometime.
