Lovely apartment, nicely furnished, great location, free WI-FI and garage

delightful two and a half room apartment, pleasantly furnished with furniture specially chosen by the owners, very comfortable. Recently renovated. A double bedroom, large living room with sofa bed for two, dining corner in particular niche with a view. Open kitchen in the entrance. Wooden floor in the living room. Bathroom with tub and shower. Very quiet and located in a sunny position even in winter. Very close to all walks, ski lifts, reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Covered garage with reserved parking space, free Wifi, TV, heated ski room, shared laundry room in the residence with washing machine, coin-operated dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Reception open every day except Sunday. Pizza restaurant at 50 meters.

Sehr schöne Lage, gemütliche Wohnung

Wir kamen spätabends an. Die Schlüssel wurden für uns im Postfach bei der Réception hinterlegt. Die Betten waren sogar schon bezogen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Oberengadin (Busstation knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuss). Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2, für 4 wäre es eher eng. Die neue Küche ist gut ausgestattet (kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Bratpfanne ist nicht eben, aber brauchbar).

Super Lage!

Sehr abwechslungsreiche Reise von Alpin bis Langlauf war alles dabei und gut möglich von der Wohnung. Für vier Erwachsene ist die Wohnung sehr begrenzt, insbesondere die kleine Küchenzeile. Aber es war alles da, außer ein Touster.

Die Wohnung ist klein , aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Mobiliar in Küche und Bad sehr veraltet. Das Doppelbett zu kurz für Menschen über 1,80 m. Sitzgelegenheit für 4 Personen am Esstisch grenzwertig. Lage ist super zum Skilaufen.

Leuk appartement dicht bij de skilift

De foto's laten goed zien hoe het appartement is. De kleine keuken en badkamer hebben alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is schoon en netjes en Lucia geeft veel handige informatie. Ook bij de receptie zijn ze erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een gratis plaats in de garage voor de auto. Helaas zijn er geen winkels in de buurt voor je boodschappen. Wij vonden het heel fijn dat het op loopafstand van de skiliften en de piste ligt.

Great place!

We spent some perfect days in Lucia's appartment, that is furnished very nicely. It's cosy and clean. It's not big, but for some days for our little family (two adults , one kid) it was more than o.k. The contact with Lucia was extraordinary! She cared very much about our stay and if everything was o.k. The service of the residence was good aswell. The only negative thjng was the bed of 190 cm length. For my husband who is 194 cm a bit to short! But beside that we can recommend the appartment very warmely. Thank you Lucia for everything!!!

Perfect location for mountain access

Beautiful apartment within walking distance to Corvatsch gondola, but also quiet and peaceful. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommendable!
