Wonderful view, well- renovated apartment, fully equipped



Carnac, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and its prehistoric site is the perfect seaside resort for family holidays.



Residence overlooking the sea. Direct access to the main beach. Supermarket at about 600m. Shopping center at about 1600. Sailing club at about 1200m.



Wonderful view on the main beach of the city. Electric heating. Shared room.



Apartment (about 29m²) – 2nd floor (no lift) entirely renovated, south exposure.



Composition - Entrance leading to :



-Living room/Eating area (11.80m²): TV, sofa bed for 2 persons. Bay window leading to the balcony/terrace (7.42m²) sea view.

-Independent kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, induction hobs, oven/ microwaves. Coffee machine (SENSEO)

-1bedroom (9.16m²): 1 double bed, closet, bay windows leading to the balcony/ terrace, sea view.

-Bathroom: shower, washbowl. Separated toilet



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please inform us in case of late arrival.

Deposit: 350€ to be paid on site

Expenses: included from June 13 to September 11 / in addition (depending on consumption) from January 1 to June 12 and from September 12 to December 31

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

"Kommunikation war super. Der Schlüssel musste in der Agentur abgeholt werde und das klappte auch perfekt. Ein kleines Problem wurde schnellstens gelöst. Da wir wussten das an Grundausstattung wie Öl, Salz, Gewürze in Unterkünften nie alles da ist, hatten wir alles dabei. Küchenutensilien von Töpfen, Pfannen, Backblech, Toaster vollständig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Aussicht wirklich perfekt. Vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer Meerblick, top. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Un petit problème a été résolu rapidement. Nous avions un ensemble complet d'ustensiles de cuisine, comprenant des casseroles, des poêles, une plaque de cuisson et un grille-pain. L'appartement est très joliment meublé avec goût, propre et la vue est vraiment parfaite. La vue sur la mer depuis la chambre et le salon est fantastique. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons !"

"Merci pour cette location. Nous avons passés de très belles vacances. La vue est MAGNIFIQUE !!!!! A moins de 100 mètres de la plage, vue sur océan... Logement petit mais bien organisé. Vue océan panoramique

Appartement avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Un peu excentré du centre de la station de Carnac Plage mais particulièrement au calme : on prend plaisir à se laisser porter par le bruit des vagues. Grand lit en 160 avec une literie en 160, appartement très sain,électroménager de qualité.
