This is a beautiful property, and was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Three generations stayed, and we all had everything we could need. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier, and the pools are perfect. Will absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic house and location!

We loved our time at 6 Cat Boat. The house was great, light and comfortable, and the kids loved the heated pool. The location is amazing as the walk to the beach is about sixty seconds and the view was incredible. We loved this little vacation and plan on returning soon.

Beautiful property. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, a few different areas to sit inside and 2 pools outside. The path to the beach is paved/boardwalk. Easy access to and from the beach. We were lucky enough to see one sea turtle hatchling make its way to the water. Check in/out was seamless.

Ohio meets Hilton Head!

Excellent property for our 4 couples and 2 infants! 1 minute from the beach second row. Pools are great. Location couldn't be better in Palmetto Dunes away from crowds on the beach. A true 10/10.

Fantastic

Great property, super clean inside and out! Love the multiple den areas - kids were able to chill in one and adults in the other. Proximity to beach is closest we’ve ever had. Two minute walk from the door to the water. We’ve been coming to HHI for years and already decided we’re coming back to this property!

Great place close to beach

We stayed in May 2025 for a family reunion. The place was easy to find and clean. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. I especially like that there were 2 pools. There was a path to the beach access from the house. This made it easy to take a a quick swim. The house had plenty of dishes and glassware but not enough quality pots and pans. The kitchen is a bit small for the size house but it was fine. The vacation company was responsive when we called.

Shallow pool great for young children

5* overall. The childrens rooms are close to the kitchen, but that's a tradeoff for the pleasure of having everything on one floor. One of the king beds was a bit soft, but at least we didn't roll into each other.

Great property in PD

We really enjoyed this home during our vacation. Great location, right next to the beach path (maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach?), quiet street. Bikes were included with the stay - loved that too! The home is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Nice kitchen appliances and everything was very clean. We will definitely use this house again next year.
