Located 150m from the beach, you will find a house in a village by the sea where all the shops are nearby: 2 bakeries, restaurants, press house, contact hub, post office and ATM.

The house consists of a large living room where the kitchen is located (fridge / freezer, oven, gas, microwave, coffee maker and kettle), the dining room (table with 2 extensions, buffet), the living room with 2 corner sofas, coffee table as well as the toilets and the laundry room (washer-dryer and cupboard with wardrobe). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (a 140x190cm bed and a cupboard with wardrobe, a 160 x 200cm bed and a chest of drawers, a trundle bed consisting of 2 beds of 80x200cm and a wardrobe with wardrobe) and a bathroom with toilet (bath and towel radiator).

Sheets and towels are not provided.
Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are provided.

The house can also accommodate babies or young children because it has a travel cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub and a security barrier upstairs. The toilets are fitted with a reducer. Adapted crockery is also available.

The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, a dining table. A screen allows you to quietly enjoy the courtyard.
1 barbecue is at your disposal in a shed, as well as 2 adult bikes and beach games.

Pets are not allowed in the rental.

Schöner Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch Gewürze und zB Backpapier, es fehlte an nichts! Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und der TV mit online Zugang und Netflix! Super ist auch die Lage, zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 200m und auch ein Supermarkt, Bäcker und die Fußgängerzone sind alles in der direkten Nähe. Top! Leider ist es an der Straße aber sehr laut, auch spät abends. Da es neben der Lounge und einer einfachen Picknicktischbank keine gemütlichen Gartenmöbel gibt, haben wir oft, auch wegen des Lärms, schnell wieder drinnen gesessen. Das war ein Nachteil. Auch die Betten waren uns zu hart und zu niedrig, alles Geschmackssache. Auch riecht es leicht muffig in dem Haus, weil es einfach schon älter ist. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und positiv. Er spricht auch gut Englisch, sehr entgegenkommend!

Voll ausgestattet - volle Urlaubsfreude

Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus liegt nah am Strand. Wir waren zu viert und hatten viel Platz. Die Ortsdurchgangsstraße, an der das Haus liegt ist leider relativ viel befahren, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Der Ort ist auch in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen und hat mit Supermarkt, Bäcker und gleich mehreren Restaurants und einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße alles zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vorab lief einwandfrei, die Betreuung vor Ort war top.

Leuk huis dichtbij zee

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het was netjes en voorzien van allemaal extra's. De oven deed het prima, er was een barbecue en veel servies. We konden alleen de theepot niet vinden. Het huis is dichtbij de zee, heeft een leuk zitje buiten en is dichtbij de supermarkt en de bakker. Een aanrader.

Brilliant location

We spent a wonderful time here, with open plan downstairs and plenty of room. Fantastic equipment to make coffee, large fridge freezer for convenience long stays, plenty of crockery and cooking pans and pots. Equipment for children was a bonus and well received. We had a very comfortable stay. Beach is a minute or less walk away. Some nice restaurants close by, supermarket conveniently located near to the house, and cremerie fruitier and speciality shops nearby. Was a pleasure dealing with the owner and Sylviane. We look forward to returning in a years time.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles super ;)

Die Absprache bezüglich der Endreinigung sollten sie vorher besprechen. Dies war bei uns etwas schief gegangen :) Ansonsten ist war alles ok und lieg ohne Probleme ab. Tolle Umgebung, nette Leute. Absolute Empfehlung

Correspond bien au descriptif, mais en réservant je pensais être à Ouistream. Très bien équipée pour les enfants et bébés. La maison est très agréable. (sauf poussière sous les canapés et les lits) Seul bémol la proximité d'une rue fréquentée et le bruit des voitures. Avec la chaleur difficile de dormir fenêtres fermées. Proche de la plage par une petite rue. Souplesse appréciée au niveau des heures d'arrivée et de départ (avec les enfants en bas âge) Au final je recommande cette destination.

Ils ont pensé à tout !

Tout le nécessaire est là surtout quand on a des enfants (même tout petit). On se sent chez soi très vite. A part des petits soucis de température de l'eau pour la douche, rien à signaler. La personne qui s'est occupée de nous est très sympathique. La maison est très placée dans un village joli et chaleureux assez préservé de la masse. Bref, très contents. Y.

Très bon séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison en tout point conforme à la description. Très bien équipée et sécurisée, nous n'avons manqué de rien avec nos 2 bébés et 2 petites de moins de 4 ans. Merci ! Les photos des fournitures dans les placards étaient une super astuce pour retrouver où ranger chaque chose après le lave-vaisselle ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter. Bon à savoir, il y a une option ménage que l'on peut demander en supplément.

Confortable et bien équipée

Une maison bien agréable, située à proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Espace de vie convivial, chambres agréables (bonnes literies). Il ne manque rien dans cette maison. Par ailleurs, Corinne qui nous a accueillis est au petit soin et très réactive. Merci pour tout! Un seul petit souci d’odeur persistante de fruits de mer dans le frigo ;-)) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

A really super house to stay in and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and well equipped. We explored the landing beaches. If you want a really nice sandy beach to spend the day on then we found Omaha to be the best for this - however if you don't want to drive then sword beach is fine to. Corinne was very warm and welcoming. Yes there is a road by the house but it's not too busy and if the noise is a problem at night then wear ear plugs. I would have no problem recommending this property to stay in.
