It’s a private studio apartment, with its private entrance, attached to a house secured behind a wall with an electric gate. The property has 24/7 camera surveillance.This studio apartment is suited for 2 persons max. Comes fully equipped with all your vacay needs. Newly built, modernized and charming. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove top, micro wave, pots, utensils for cooking, dishes, cups, plates glasses, coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. The bathroom has a shower and fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioners and body wash. There is also a small closet with hangers, iron and ironing board. The unit comes with a local cell phone for your use during your stay so you can stay in touch with loved ones back home and to avoid roaming fees. (minutes must be purchased).
