This cozy studio can best be describe as a guest space haven. It is your home away from home. It is not a shared space. It’s a private studio apartment, with its private entrance, attached to a house secured behind a wall with an electric gate. The property has 24/7 camera surveillance.This studio apartment is suited for 2 persons max. Comes fully equipped with all your vacay needs. Newly built, modernized and charming. It has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a refrigerator, stove top, micro wave, pots, utensils for cooking, dishes, cups, plates glasses, coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. The bathroom has a shower and fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioners and body wash. There is also a small closet with hangers, iron and ironing board. The unit comes with a local cell phone for your use during your stay so you can stay in touch with loved ones back home and to avoid roaming fees. (minutes must be purchased). The Oasis Strives to make your vacation as enjoyable and as affordable as possibly can. So Come and experience the Bahamian Way.

A great stay

I had a great time in this unit. It’s in a good location for the beach and not too far from downtown. The unit was really nice and the neighborhood was good.

Would not recommend.I am a seasoned backpacker, but this time it was insane... wrong adress, wrong picture of the house, no name or numbers on the street, stray dogs barking and running after me... Had a very hard time to find the place.Neighbours in the street finally helped me to call the owner: semt anoyed!Place is clean and equiped, but a simple bed sheet for cold weather was not enough.An awful lot of money for pretty low standard, but it seems to be the case for all the island. Best advice is to spend a few dollars more to get a real hotel.For those who are looking for the real adress, copy this in google maps:2503'46.7"N 7722'18.6"Wit is at the corner of the street, not the dead end.The fence is not white but brown, and there is now a covered parking in front of the house...

Very clean perfect size for couples

EVERYTHING was wonderful beginning with the check in process all the way until check out! Shavon is a SUPER host she will answer you back for any questions at anytime of the day or night in a timely manor! The room was very clean and neat. There were snacks and water there for us upon our arrival. Full kitchen with pots plates and utensils. Refrigerator and microwave. Not to mention the bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from everything. 10/10 would definitely recommend for couples looking for something quaint and quiet. Can’t wait too book again for my next trip to Nassau.

It was a nice place to be comfortable for a one night stay. I actually wish I could've stayed a night longer. The checking in progress could've been a bit smoother. In my opinion from the bnb was approved the property manager should've started communicating with the checking in progress from then instead of waiting last minute on the day of, to find out what time I wanted to check-in. Also it would be useful information to state that the bnb is attached to an actual residential home where I believe the property manager stays.

As with all my guests, the check in information is sent well in advance the day off check in. I contacted you and you NEVER RESPONDED. Upon your arrival you was given your information and you claims that your email was not linked to your profile therefore you did not get the message. The unit being attached to the property manager always seemed to be a plus for my guests but for some reason it seems to be a negative for you. I do appreciate your feedback and thank you for your patronage.
