About this property

Athens Guesthouse—New Construction in Historic District

Charming guest cottage detached from elegant estate home in the historic Cobbham district. New construction. Includes 1 and a 1/2 baths, kitchenette, washer dryer, wifi and cable television. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children. Bedroom has a queen size bed as well as an additional large window bed and trundle underneath ideal for one or two children. Covered outside porch with picnic table, fire table, and outdoor television. You won’t find a nicer weekend rental in Athens!

Short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars in the Normaltown/Prince Ave area. Less than 1 mile walk to downtown Athens, 1.5 miles to Sanford Stadium. Two night minimum.

Wonderful weekend in Athens at this beautiful guest house! The property is very nice, but the highlight for us was the outside sitting area by the pool! Sarah was extremely helpful and responsive!

What a great place to spend a weekend in Athens! The hosts were so welcoming and hospitable throughout our stay. They made every effort to see that we had everything we needed. The property is beautifully decorated, well-equipped and the grounds are amazing. We enjoyed hanging out in the outside patio area which has a great dining and seating area, comfy chairs, heater (which we needed) and TV. Just what we needed after a busy game day. This property is located in our favorite part of Athens…close enough to walk to things, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of downtown. We will definitely be back!

UGA Football weekend

Great place to stay while in Athens. Owners are warm and inviting. A bit of a walk to UGA, Sanford Stadium and "downtown" restaurants but won't be a problem if you are driving to UGA or Athens events. Quiet residential neighborhood is a plus for relaxation.
