Comfortable and convenient

The place was very close to were I needed to be during my stay in Miami. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient within walking distance of restaurants, markets coffee shops and other businesses. I met Juan Carlos at check -in and enjoyed chatting with him. He was very attentive making sure I had what I needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location, easy check in and out, great responsive hosts!

This is definitely an efficiency room but it has everything you need and the location couldn’t be more convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and yet still within just a couple of miles of Coconut Grove shopping, restaurants, marina and lots more. In fact I walked a couple of times to and from Coconut Grove and when I didn’t want to walk an Uber ride was only a few bucks. There is a Publix right across the street for groceries. The hosts were there when I needed them and it was easy to park right in front of the house. I have no complaints and I would definitely stay with Juan Carlos again.
