Superb luxury apartment sea and mountain views 100 m from the beach
The apartment enjoys breathtaking views of the citadel, the sea, the beach and the mountains.
Located in the heart of Calvi, near the port, shops and restaurants.
On the 4th floor with elevator, possibility to stay without vehicle, all nearby (supermarket, all types of shops), 7 km from the airport and 300 m from the pier.
Very nice T3 of 100 m ² giving nice volumes which can accomodate 6 people (adults, children). Also 1 beautiful terrace with 1 electric pergolas to take meals. You have 2 fully equipped suites with flat screen, dressing room, bathrooms and toilets.
The property is bright, fully air conditioned with 1 internet access via Wi-Fi. American kitchen equipped with all the necessary comfort (coffee machine Nespresso foresee the capsules), cellar with wine. Living room with dining area.
Additional information: - on request baby equipment (cot, high chair, relax and stroller cane)
- sheets, linen, beach towels (foutas) available.
- mandatory cleaning 80 €
Rates for 6 people and minimum 7 nights: - from 950 € to 1990 € / week according to period
- deposit 2000 €
