40 minutes from Bordeaux, 30 minutes from Arcachon or Cap Ferret and 20 minutes from the ocean beaches, bordering Andernos les Bains and 5 minutes' walk from the village village with shops and the cycle path around the Basin Arcachon.
For an area of 100 m², the house includes an equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker + Nespresso), a dining / living room (long solid oak table and two large leather sofas), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and a single bed + an extra bed), bathroom (2 sinks) and separate WC.
