Willow Pond Resort 18 Bedroom - Family Friendly, Reunions.

This charming property with a main house plus individual attached units & suites, is close to Historic downtown Honesdale with farmers markets, cafes, shoppes, scenic train rides, and a quaint central park. Our historic farm house is nestled on a beautifully landscaped 5.5 acres.

The Property
The 5.5 acre property has enough space for the family, and a great space for kids. A stocked pond for fishing, as well as peddle boats and life vests are available for use. A trampoline, playground and a gazebo with a grill, are all available amenities for your family to enjoy!

The Indoors
Our full property rental includes the main house which has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a huge eat in kitchen, dining room, living room (stocked with games for the family), sunroom and toy room. Included in the rental are three additional one bedroom units (with a bathroom in each room), and 1 two bedroom suite structurally attached to the main house, and 2 two bedroom suites & a 4 bedroom cottage across with a pool table (across the yard). In total, this rental has 18 bedrooms, 12.5 bathrooms.

We no longer have ANY long term tenants.

Host easy to contact for anything. We went for family reunion. The place isn’t the most modern or updated. But it was clean spacious and had everything you need (including electric vehicle charger). Beautiful lake and property. Different places for age groups to sleep (outside cottage which is just steps away). We would go again.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! The house is very spacious, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Great place for family gathering!

Family of 25 enjoyed our weekend getaway trip for my sister's Birthday and we had a blast. Rooms was clean, house was very spacious, kitchen had everything we needed and not to mention the owner was VERY nice and accommodating to me and my family. Would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Tons of beds for everyone and lots of space. The biggest plus was the industrial kitchen appliances so it was easy to cook huge meals for 40 people. Clean property lots of nice amenities. Overall would highly recommend and would stay again!

Perfect getaway location for a large group, catering to all ages

My husband and I hosted our family and friends for a large celebration, and this was the perfect location to do so. The large kitchen and dining room were ideal for our purposes, and the outdoor amenities were amazing once the weather cooperated. The location feels remote, although it is 10 minutes from downtown Honesdale, a grocery store and liquor/beer stores. We had pretty much all the amenities we needed for hosting, and we liked that the property was so child-friendly. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the property, and we would definitely use it again for hosting a large group. The only downside was the spotty wifi and cell phone reception, but that's to be expected in a rural location, and a landline phone is provided.

Good place for a Family get together

We have a very good family get together at this location. There was plenty of space and a lot of activities for the kids. We spent a lot of time outside paddle boating, sitting in the Gazebo, and going for nature walks. It was very nice.

Vacation for extended family

Willow Pond was ideal for our large extended family with 12 children under age 8. There is a good variety of activities that kept everyone happily occupied and the indoor spaces were comfortable.

Perfect setting for family reunion

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful location. We were 24 people ranging in age from 3 to 70+, and there was plenty of space for everyone to come together or to do their own thing. The kitchen was perfect for a big group. And there was a ton of entertainment for the kids. The property management was also excellent, friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The Thirsty Penguin Washer Tournament

The property was perfect for our tournament. 28 friends and family gathered for our 2nd annual tournament. The house and other buildings were perfect for our group. We had 28 guys that each had their own beds. We will definitely consider this property going forward for our get togethers.
