The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to combine a beach holiday with culture and atmosphere typical of the cities of art, Alghero is also renowned for its gastronomy is of land and sea for beautiful excursions in the enchanting places (Capo Caccia Porto Conte, coast of Bosa and all within the Earth).

What makes this property unique
the house is from 1400 and is part of one of the first settlements of Alghero do pola construction of defensive bastions mainly inhabited by fishermen.
It was completely renovated a few years ago and today has all the soundproofed windows.
The terrace is the real hub of the house because it overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Alghero from where you can admire a truly amazing sunset over the promenade in the heart of the old city.
