Larry was a great host! Communication was fantastic and the place had everything one could need. The short walk to the beach across the street was even better. He shared dog friendly restaurants with us too. 100% would recommend this place and location. We will stay again when we need a place that is dog friendly in Fort Pierce.

We had such a great stay — everything was terrific and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beach being right across the street was a huge bonus and made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean anytime.Larry was a fantastic host and did an amazing job sharing local tips and what was going on in the area — it really added to the experience. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the sunscreen bottles in the beach chairs — such a small detail, but it made a big difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Too short of stay

We loved how close it was to everything. I think we had to leave the island one time to go to the grocery store.

Great place to stay. Larry checked in often to make sure everything was okay, and that we had everything we needed. Spacious, a/c worked great (it was super hot when we visited). Loved that the beach was basically across the street, (just a 2 min walk). Would definitely stay with Larry again when traveling in the area. Thank you Larry!

Great beach getaway!

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. We stayed at Mr Larry’s beach cottage and it was perfect. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! After the games, we were steps away from the beach which was never crowded. The check-in & check-out process was hassle-free. Mr. Larry stayed in touch and was helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely visit again!!
