Casa ind'é noi: garden-level air-conditioned studio with parking space
This studio is located in subdivision in a recent construction with parking. on the ground floor.
The studio consists of:
- a shower room with a toilet, a shower, a vanity unit.
- a living room with window overlooking garden including: kitchen (induction hob, fridge, hood, microwave / oven, coffee maker, ....), a dining area and a living room / sleeping area.
- Outside: a dining area and a relaxation area (deckchairs)
The linen is provided (sheet, bath towel, tea towels).
Climaisation.
Ideally located 2 minutes walk from the station, served by urban shuttles to get to the city (or 8 min walk) and close to all shops in 2min. walk. (supermarket, supermarket, bar, bakery, butcher, grocery, pharmacy, tobacco ...)
I will be present for the reception and for the end of the stay (delivery of the keys in hand) and will be at your disposal in case of needs during your stay.
Corte due to its central position represents an ideal geographical location to visit Corsica. It allows a radiation on all of Corsica with reduced travel times:
A 50-minute drive from Poretta Airport
At 1h10 from the port of Bastia
45 minutes from Balagne beaches
40 minutes from the eastern plain beaches
30 minutes from the valley of Niolu
2 hours from Porto-Vecchio
1h20 from Ajaccio
A historic and university town, Corte is built around its citadel overlooking its "eagle's nest". It houses the Regional Museum of Anthropology of Corsica, sanctuary of culture and island heritage. The Corsican Center is without a doubt one of the essential initiatory journeys to realize to understand, adopt and meet the deep identity of Corsica
A 5 min drive or 10 minutes walk you will have access to natural pools and fresh Tavignanu two valleys, the Restonica.
The richness and diversity of its nearby mountain space offer a multitude of faces for the walker: besides the famous GR20 and the Mare à Mare Nord, many thematic trails, valued miles of paths (sports or for the family walk). Whether they cross the bush, the forests or climb to the top of the mountains, these paths all have a natural, heritage or landscape interest

Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und draussen kann man gut sitzen.
Es war außergewöhnlich sauber und auch die Lage war perfekt, 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.
Anne Catherine war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, das haben wir so noch nie erlebt.
Sie hat uns willkommen geheißen und direkt zahlreiche Tipps gegeben.
Anne Catherine stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat uns sehr geholfen.
insgesamt eine perfekte Gastgeberin.
Nous avons passé un bon moment dans l'appartement d' Anne Catherine.
L'appartement est entièrement meublé et vous pouvez vous asseoir dehors.
C'était exceptionnellement propre et l'emplacement était parfait aussi, à 10 minutes du centre-ville.
Anne Catheribe était un hôte parfait, nous ne l'avons jamais vu comme ça auparavant.
Elle nous a accueillis et nous a tout de suite donné de nombreux conseils.
Anne Catherine était toujours disponible pour les questions et nous a beaucoup aidés.
