Oceanfront Condo with Absolutely Breathtaking Ocean/Sunset Views - B238

Incredible Oceanfront corner location with an unsurpassed view of the ocean and sunsets. Enjoy 700' of tropical outdoor living on your L-shaped lanai. The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep since you are only 30' from the ocean.

Comfortable tropical decor is featured in this 2 bedroom 2 bath ~1200 sq. ft. condo. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A full kitchen, ceiling fans, and cooling system throughout are just a few of the amenities of this lovely condo. Swim in a salt or fresh water pool; relax on a sandy beach. Free WI-FI is in the unit!! There is plenty of space for 4 people.

**Brand new plank flooring added in July, 2021! New in June 2021 - closet organizers with drawers and cubbies in each bedroom!**

Casa de Emdeko is an oceanfront condo complex that is located 1.5 miles from the quaint village of Kailua-Kona where you will find dining & shopping. Casa has a private beach & 2 pools - salt & freshwater. Coin operated laundry is also located on site. An oceanfront cabana features gas BBQs, tables, & chairs. Tiki torches glow in the evening in the beautiful gardens.

The air conditioning/cooling system at the Casa de Emdeko is a chilled water central system that works by circulating cold water through the entire complex; it does not work like modern A/C, nor does it always work very well due to its age. In the unit you only control on/off and fan speed. If modern air conditioning is necessary for your plans please keep this in mind (If you leave doors and windows open it will appear not to work and humidity will increase; you can choose ocean breezes or the cooling system).

Casa De Emdeko is a non-smoking complex. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on the property, in the condo, or on the balcony/lanai.

Located at the front of the property is a mini-mart/deli/liquor store, beauty salon, massage & flower shop.

The host was very amenable and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier due to an early flight from Maui. Location was 10 minutes to some of the best snorkeling in Kona and 10 minutes to a lot of nice restaurants. However, on more than one occasion we ordered takeout for breakfast or lunch and ate on the large balcony with a gorgeous ocean view.

The views are incredible!!! The pools, the location, did I mention the views?! The wraparound lanai is everything and you will be left wanting nothing. Check in was easy and the condo was very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and Comfy with the best views!!!

We have just stayed at this place for the last 6 nights. This is the best room at this property as far as location goes. The views over the ocean are incredible and the sunset views each day are the best. The room is very quiet which leads to a relaxing stay. The room has everything needed for a great stay. The pools are nice and the location is central to the Kona coast. The room is comfortable but well worn. It was very clean on arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and effective. Thanks for having us.

Incredible views!!!

This condo is FANTASTIC!! You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room. The wrap around lanai, the well-stocked kitchen and the well-appointed rooms make this place a must stay. (And you can’t beat the location and having 2 pools on the property!!!) Don’t hesitate. We will be back!

Amazing best lanai experience.

Clean. Beautiful views and the best L shaped lanai where we had all meals. Fully equipped kitchen. Common yard had grills we used often. They blow conch shells at sunset every night. We were here for scuba diving but this place was our favorite place to be that wasnt under water. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely

We've stayed here before, but not in this unit. This unit will be our go to when coming back. We've met local residents and got to see them again and this spot is perfect for our toddler. The unit has lots of space and the views are just amazing. Will be rebooting again in the future!

Suite met and exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, comfort & how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen. We (happily) cooked way more than we anticipated because everything we needed or wanted was available. The common areas, beach & pool were pushing 5 star compared to any resort property. The ocean and wildlife views from the lanai alone- 6 stars -makes it worth staying on the water especially when you consider how much you save in time and money NOT driving to a beach every day & paying for scenic tours.

Unbeatable ocean view

Enjoyed coffee lunch and dinner in this condo and fully enjoyed it. We can’t turn on the wifi when arrived but the property manager answered pretty quick. Table settings very pretty and we enjoy the setting a lot. Very spacious space feel like it’s a loved place. Master bathroom is very newly remodeled. Gated community feel very safe. Short drive to many beaches and restaurants.

Amazingly beautiful and peaceful

What a condo! Fully stocked with kitchen supplies, condiments, guide book, beautiful coffee table books all about Hawaii, boogie boards and beach towels, comfortable beds and ceiling fans. But the lanai! We spent much of our time enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and coastline, one floor above the little sandy lounge area, watching the sun set most evenings to a musical conch shell farewell. We had a marvelous stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Lovely

Loved the property. The lanai that wraps around is not done justice in the photos. During our stay we observed the tropical fish and crabs right from the lanai. On our last day we even got to see spinner dolphins just feet from us. It's spacious and was so nice we decided to stay an entire day enjoying the amenities on the property versus loading everything up and heading to the beach. Will be back next time we're in Kona. Mahalo.
