On 2000 m2 of land facing south, magnificent villa of 300 m2 upscale.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, including two private suites (bedroom, bathroom and dressing room).
South facing garden with trees (hundred year old olive trees, micoucoulier ...), 10 m swimming pool.
Large laundry room in the basement fully equipped with a second large capacity fridge freezer.
Supply of one set of sheets per bed. Towels not provided.
Exceptional location: - two metro stations 5 minutes' walk from the town center, shops, museums (Mucem), the beach, the old charity....
- all shops within walking distance
                                              - Moline park 100 m away for relaxation or jogging
                                              - new direct access to the nearby eastern highway for a visit to blackcurrants, creeks (20 mins), Aix en Provence, the Luberon ...

Excellent villa in a very convenient and quiet location. Lovely living space & pool & garden superb.

Had vacation with all the family, 7 adults and 3 year old. Excellent accommodation very spacious with excellent facilities - pool, table tennis, BBQ, garden etc. Villa well located with excellent local shops and supermarket within 10 min walk - also Metro into Marseille. Hosts lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful large villa in Marseille

We stayed at this villa as a base to attend the rugby World Cup in Marseille. It’s a luxury, lovely villa with a pool and gardens in a quiet residential area in Marseille. It’s within easy walking distance of the Metro and a large supermarket and local restaurants. The bedrooms are all doubles with great views of the gardens. The villa has every facility you could need with a really well stocked kitchen. Our host was lovely and showed us round and was contactable if we needed anything. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Calme et serenité a proximité de tout !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Marseille, la maison est très spacieuse et agréable à vivre, le jardin un havre de paix. A 7/8 minutes de marche du métro pour rejoindre le coeur de Marseille. Nous recommandons !
