As you arrive, you'll appreciate the convenience of the condominiums large parking garage and step into the spacious lobby adorned with a river rock fireplace. This mountain retreat is located on the 3rd floor, easily accessible by an elevator as you come into the lobby area.  The Pines Building boasts a heated ski locker room on the main level for your equipment, and a third-floor gathering area with a shared BBQ. 

Inside you'll find all the modern amenities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a balcony to indulge in the fresh mountain air. The cozy gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance to your evenings. Unwind and entertain yourself in the inviting living room, adorned with a mounted TV above the fireplace. Enjoy a wide selection of entertainment options with cable TV access, or take advantage of the Roku streaming availability, granting you access to popular streaming services for a personalized and enjoyable viewing experience.

The master suite welcomes you with a queen bed, TV, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and convenient counterspace with a mini fridge. The second and third bedrooms also offer comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In addition, the living room features a queen pullout couch for extra sleeping accommodations for your group. The second bathroom features a large walk in shower that is wheel chair accessible.
