The property was excellent. So much to do. Very family friendly. Only complaint is that the beds were terrible providing little sleep on our vacation. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything was great. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. I loved that the pool and gym were right across from me. Everything was close by. The apartment was clean and well kept.

Wonderful resort

The owners are so easy to work with and the facilities are outstanding. There are plenty of pools and hot tubs near all the units and the pools are heated. It rained the week we were there so didnt get to use the amenities but have stayed here before and loved them

Wonderful resort with lots to offer

The resort was very clean and well cared for and maintained. Our 1 BR unit was wonderfully convenient to Big Kahona's and the recreation pavillion. The outdoor heated pool was nice and warm, particularly for late February, and the resort food was very good. The breakfast soecials at Denny's were very good and reasonably priced. The mini golf course is top notch as well. We will definitely stay here again if in the area and at the same price point.

Delightful stay

Very nice facility with lots of amenities like pool hot tub and putt putt. Was there on business but got time to enjoy all the resort had to offer. Living quarters was very nice and clean. Highly recommend this listing.

Summer Bay Orlando

We stayed for a long weekend. Our daughter and family were in a different room - same unit. When we checked in - The VRBO contact, and Hotel staff made sure that we were in the same unit as our daughter. We appreciated that. During our stay - We observed the Summer Bay employees working very hard at all hours of the day. The service staff - at the bar/restaurant were also very friendly.

Great Stay!

I was really happy with how clean the property was! Check-in was easy just had to show ID and credit card. Did not use any amenities since it was so cold. The only thing I think it was helpful to know is that the bathtub shower combination is tricky to get into. I think they might have other options so if that’s a concern to you.

Great affordable stay and great location

I would have given this a 5 but the check in process was ok until we had to "check in" with the concierge. Who then asked a ton of questions and tried to set us up for a 45 minute tour of the resort. We opted out and later found out it was over 2 hours long. We also had to call down to get blankets for our bed and a shower curtain. I did request pool towels because there werent any in the condo but those were never received so we had to use our 2 bath towels for showering and the pool. Was nice having the washer/dryer in the unit. The facility feels safe and the pools and hot tubs were great!!

Great Place and Great Price !

We loved it here. So clean. So many things to do. Wonderful location. We booked it without realizing it was in the same area we stayed two years ago , just different property /owners and it was a pleasant surprise. Quick and easy drive to all of the Disney parks , which was the purpose of the trip. The unit had a complete kitchen and a washer and dryer which was very convenient. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or ANY of the offered food/drink/entertainment options because we were so busy but it was obvious there was a lot to do and all of in well maintained ! Security was great and we felt very safe here. The owners are very helpful and communicative The ONLY con to this place is that there is no elevator , which was unfortunate because we don’t ever travel light , but that was fine once we got settled. And of course walking up the steps after a long and hot Disney day is a challenge but maybe we shed a few pounds !! :) Overall had a great time and loved it here !! The price is so great ! We hope to stay again !!!
