Villa of 150 m2 with large bay windows overlooking a terrace with swimming pool and a view of the sea from Nice to the adrets of the Esterel. The living room, the dining room, and the American kitchen give directly on the swimming pool in front of the house which is exposed SOUTH / SOUTH WEST. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Access is from the Nice Est motorway exit and after 10 minutes of ascent. The house is quiet in the middle of the cicadas at the top of the hill of the abadie. Many tourist attractions in the region: Cannes is 40 minutes and Monaco 25 minutes. Wunderschönes Haus in phantastischer Lage

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und zudem modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und haben uns einen schönen Ausgleich nach den Tripps nach Nizza, Monaco und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Die Bilder entsprechen 100% den Gegebenheiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Schon vor dem Urlaub waren sie sehr bemüht, uns alle Fragen zu beantworten und auch während unseres Aufenthalts haben Sie uns immer wieder mit guten Ideen unterstützt. Gleichzeitig hatten wir immer das Gefühl, vollkommener Unabhängigkeit, was sehr wichtig ist, da sie unterhalb des Hauses auf dem selben Grundstück wohnen. Uns war wichtig, nah an Orten zu sein, die wir besichtigen wollten und gleichzeitig ruhig zu wohnen. Das war hier der Fall. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen, auch, weil wir die Lage auf 400 m ü.N. als angenehm kühl am Abend und die Dauer der Fahrt nach Nizza in 10-15 Min. als kurz empfunden haben.
