Ideal für jungen Familien mit (Klein-)Kindern

Das Haus wird durch die Ausstattung besonders jungen Familien mit (Klein-)Kindern gerecht. Es liegt in einem Wohngebiet und damit recht ruhig. Eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wie beschrieben ca. 1km entfernt. Der einzige, kleine Minuspunkt ist eine etwas veraltete, holzverkleidete Toilette. Trotz der Holzbauweise ist das nicht jederfraus/-manns Sache! :-)

Belle location

Location bien achalandée, située a15km des belles plages. La région est intéressante à découvrir, j'ai noté un problème récurrent de fourmis dans les pièces d'eau de la maison et un bug avec la télévision qui plante.

Super séjour. Nous avons profiter un maximum avec les enfants. Ma maison est idéalement située le propriétaire est adorable et disponible. Rien à redire. J’espère pouvoir y retourner bientôt et je recommande vivement !! 👍👍

Charmantes Holzhaus

Das Haus liegt am Rande von Marennes in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind prima. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die überdachte Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist recht neu und es ist sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Leider ist das Holzhaus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, einige Bretter sind zum Beispiel auf der Terrasse morsch. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus nicht sonderlich sauber, vor allem im Küchenbereich waren Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck nicht gut gereinigt. Trotzdem hatten wir zwei schöne, erholsame Wochen hier verbracht.

Ein tolles Haus in einer ruhigen Lage am Rande von Marennes

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Lage in einem Ortsteil von Marennes, der Stadt der Austern. Tagsüber hört man ab und an die Autos auf der Straße, die zur Ile d`Oleron führt. Das Domizil ist komplett ausgestattet. In der Küche kann man sich mit den Leckereien der Region so richtig austoben. Wenn man denn möchte. Denn in der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche, gute Lokale. Inbesondere die regionstypischen Austernhütten werden von den Produzenten auch als Lokale genutzt. Frischer als hier, gibt es Austern, Muscheln - gerne mit Fritten - und andere Köstlichkeiten aus dem Meer nicht. Und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Radfahrer haben hier viele Tourenmöglichkeiten. Zum einen auf der Velodysee - dem Küstenradweg durch den Süd-Westen - zum anderen auf einem lokalen Radwegenetz. So kommt man auch mit dem Rad zu tollen, kilometerlangen Sandstränden, mit Pinienwäldern direkt hinter den Dünen. Nach der Tour auf der Terasse vor dem Haus noch einen Pinneau genießen - herrlich. Oder einen Cognac - ist ja nicht so weit bis in die Stadt, die dem Branntwein ihren Namen gegeben hat. Ein Ausflug dorthin ist für diejenigen interessant, die eine Führung bei einem der Hersteller mitmachen möchten. Auf dem Weg dorthin aber gerne immer wieder einen Stop an der Charente - dem Fluss - einlegen. Hier gibt es schöne Plätze für ein Picknic am Ufer. Dazu einen Wein aus der Charente nicht vergessen - zum Beispiel von der Ile d´Oleron. Ein Ausflug nach La Rochelle lohnt sich, um in der schönen Altstadt zu bummeln. Wir empfehlen das Feriendomizil gerne weiter.
