Studio Orsoni - See View

We welcome you in this studio with air conditioning of 27 m² for 2 persons with possibility of an additional paying person (child-3 years free) which is located in the city center, in a quiet residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.

In the immediate vicinity of the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center/port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis...).

Composed of a large living room overlooking a terrace equipped with sea view. The studio features contemporary style furniture, large screen TV/TNT, a double bed in 160/200 cm and a bench/bed in 90/200 cm, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a large closet and storage.

Rental classified 2* at the tourist office of Calvi - (Casa Orsoni).

You will have access to our large 6000m² Mediterranean organic garden adjacent to the residence.
Relaxation spaces in the garden are furnished (barbecue, garden lounges, hammocks, deckchairs) in order to fully enjoy a preserved nature within the charming seaside town of Calvi. A small garden of aromatic herbs is available (depending on the season).

Calvi airport is 7 km away, Calvi railway station 5 minutes away, Ile-Rousse ferry terminal 20 km away.

Location très agréable

Très bon emplacement près de la plage et du centre ville. Bien équipée, calme, vue magnifique sur la citadelle, la mer et la montagne... Ce serait bien de pouvoir fixer la pomme de douche et problème pour capter toutes les chaînes de télévision.

Appartement très agréable. Avec vue magnifique sur la mer. Situé à deux pas de la plage, des commerces et du port . Avec jardin à notre disposition reposant ,un véritable havre de paix ...Marie José, la propriétaire est très sympathique, à votre disposition ..Je compte bien revenir ..Et puis la Corse c est tellement Beau ...

Marie è stata un ottima host, molto gentile ed accogliente. L appartamento è dotato di tutto lo stretto necessario ed ha una vista veramente bella su Calvi ed il mare.

Très belle semaine à Calvi dans cet appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en couple dans cet appartement, lequel était idéalement situé : 2 minutes à pied de la plage, 2 minutes à pied des commerces et 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Coin très calme, aucun bruit indésirable à signaler. Appartement fonctionnel, cuisine bien équipée. Merci encore, nous reviendrons si nous sommes dans le coin !

Nous avons séjourné durant 15 jours dans l'appartement du 3ème étage avec une vue splendide sur la mer et la citadelle .Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cet appartement spacieux décoration moderne et avec beaucoup de goût .Proche de la mer du centre du port des plages très bien situé Je recommande fortement cet location de vacances au calme et reposant dans cette agréable verdure du jardin

Moi et ma compagne revenons régulièrement à Calvi chez la famille Orsoni et je suis toujours satisfait des locations de la résidence Casa-Vecchia . Le Studio est très agréable, calme et propre. La vue est superbe de la terrasse, idéale pour y prendre le café. Le bleu du ciel et de la mer changent régulièrement de couleur, on ne s’en lasse pas. Tout peut se faire à pied très facilement, nous ne prenons que très peu la voiture. Nous venons à Calvi deux fois par an pour nous ressourcer, en mai et en septembre. Le climat y est toujours clément (surtout comparé à la région d'où l’on vient). La fille des propriétaires, Pauline, a été très attentive et à l’écoute avec nous. Nous adressons à Jean-Marie, qui n’a pu être présent cette année, tous nos voeux de bon rétablissement. Michel et Claude, bretons globetrotteurs.

Propriétaires chaleureux, appartement idéale

Avec un peu de retard pour les satisfactions auprès des propriétaires et de l'emplacement de cette location, je ne peux que dire du bien pour réaliser des super vacances à Calvi. La vue sur la baie, la gentillesse des propriétaires ( coté jardin, magnifique...) l'accès à la ville...que du bonheur. Je recommande vraiment ce studio pour un couple à la recherche de vacances tranquilles.

Du 14 au 28/09/14: Deux semaines parfaites. Tant par la location elle même que par la situation à proximité de tout, par le climat, sans oublier la gentillesse des propriétaires Marie-Josée et son mari. J'hésite à faire trop d'éloges, si tout le monde y va, je n'aurai pas de place..... Ne pas confondre: locations Orsoni "Casa Vecchia" dont je parle et l’hôtel d'à coté qui porte pratiquement le même nom ! Ma fille y était: appréciation pas terrible.... MB Antony

Great location with amazing view.

I found Casa Vecchia Studios online after looking up Hotel . Initially we were going to stay at the hotel but we preferred to have the option of cooking a few meals ourselves while enjoying the local restaurants on other days. The owner of the Studios Marie Josée was very helpful with information on the town and even gave us some local maps/ flyers. The studio apartment is well equipped with a coffee percolator, kettle, microwave, electric hob & fridge. It was very easy to prepare simple meals and we took advantage of the large supermarket - Super U which is just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment also had a TV, hairdryer, iron board and an electric fan which was really handy. Our Studio flat was on the top floor and had amazing views of the Citadel, the sea and the mountains. If you are an early riser you will not be dissapointed with the wonderful sunrise that you can experience from the balcony. From the apartment the walk to the beach is about 3 minutes and you can get to the town center in about 10 minutes. This seemed to be an ideal location to explore the town. On one of the days we were shown around the wonderful gardens adjacent to the studio apartment where Jean - Marie pursues his love for gardening. I would highly recommend Casa Vecchia Studios for it's great location and amazing views.

Superb Choice

This was our second visit - it won't be the last. Excellent accommodation (our favourite is top floor's number 36) with everything you need provided to meet any eventuality. Very comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely view towards the citadel. Location suited us perfectly with a supermarket, the beach and Calvi town only minutes away. J Marie is kind, friendly and very keen to ensure his guests are happy. His wife, Marie-Josee, is delightful and will show you the extensive bio-garden with pride and passion. It was very hot and we marvelled at the energy of the cyclists as they finished the Tour de France Stage 3. Although advertised as finishing in Calvi, the stage ended about 5kms away - past the turning to the airport and near to the landing site of the parachutists whom we enjoyed watching daily from the balcony. There's so much to do in Calvi but if you want to explore a little, catch the small train to L'ile Rousse. As they say, "nul besoin de voiture" but hiring is another option. Try the U CASANU Restaurant near Place Marchal if you want to sample good Corsican food, though choice of eateries is mega! I can't imagine how anyone could other than love Casa Vecchia Studios , as we do - it is a superb choice.

Perfekter Urlaub in Calvi”

Die Lage des Appartments in Calvi muss man einfach nur genießen, ob beim Frühstück oder zum Sonnenuntergang: der Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Auch die Einrichtung ist für eine Ferienwohnung in Südeuropa ungewöhnlich gut: vom Bügeleisen über Mikrowelle und Staubsauger bis hin zu ausreichend Ablageflächen und Haken im Badezimmer. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen total wohl gefühlt. Unsere beiden Mountainbikes passten übrigens problemlos auf den großen Balkon. Netter Vermieter, der seinen nebenan liegenden Garten mit Sitzecken zum Aufenthalt zur Verfügung stellt und uns auch frisches Gemüse und Kräuter geschenkt hat. WLAN gab's auf Anfrage im Garten (nicht in der Wohnung) auch!

Wonderful view of the sea

The Casa Vecchia studio was exactly what we had hoped for. The studio itself was very nice and it was very thoughtfully furnished with kitchen and cleaning items. Tile floors, handy appliances and billowing curtains onto the little balcony. The balcony view showed parts of Calvi and the citadel, mountains to the west and, of course, the bay with its many boats of all sizes. It was a short walk each morning to the super market, cafes for a petite dejeune or the beach. What more could we have wanted! The owner Marie Josée was very accommodating and able, in English, to give us directions, answer questions, talk politics or give us a tour of his gardens. He and his Casa Vecchia studio made our stay in Calvi perfect. We found September to be a great time to visit Corsica because the rush of summer visitors had left but the weather was still warm and sunny, the water was warm enough to swim and there were still plenty of flowers blooming. When we think back on or trip to Corsica I think our stay at Casa Vecchia studio will always be one of our fondest memories.

superbe vue sur le golf de CALVI

Studio agréable au dernier etage d'une residence calme avec vue superbe sur CALVI et la citadelle. Belle terrasse ensoleillée le matin. Propriétaire sympatique et disponible, arrangeant sur les dates. Logement bien situé, proximité commerces et plage, tout peut se faire à pied très facilement.
