.Little studio countryside and sea. Beautiful sea view

This is a small studio on the ground floor of a 2 storey house. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a table and chairs. Large closets. A bathroom (toilet, shower and washbasin + cupboard) a kitchenette. It overlooks the garden where you can eat outside in a small space furnished table chairs and umbrella, deck chairs. The house is 15 minutes from the cala d'Orzo beach (a small blue lagoon, huts) and the walking path to go around the Capu du Muro. Site belonging to the conservatory of the littoral in a zone classified and preserved. This cape overlooks the bay, faces the Iles Sanguinaires and closes the gulf of Ajaccio. The house is also 20 minutes from the most beautiful beach on the south shore of Ajaccio the beach of Mare e Sole called "silver beach" (white sand and turquoise sea restaurant). We are also 10 minutes from Portigliolo small family beach with a sailing school. Golden sand and emerald sea. We are 2 minutes from the small superette of the village. 25 minutes from Cupabia (5 sandy beaches with turquoise sea, green maquis bush) It is the countryside (rooster that sings in the morning, neighbor's dog who barks when he wants, and donkey who hi hanne when he has the Blues but also charming songs of birds in the morning and in the late afternoon)

Studio indépendant au calme. Ce n'est pas le grand luxe.... mais bien équipé. Des propriétaires très discrets mais toujours à l'écoute. Excellent accueil. Très bien situé entre Propriano et Ajaccio avec des accès aux très belles plages des alentours... Vu magnifique du logement sur la mer et les couchers de soleil.
