Large house in the Aix countryside, comfort and relaxation guaranteed in a large garden with swimming pool, near the domain of Grand Saint Jean (large nature area, walks, bikes ... etc).
The house is very quiet, you sleep in absolute silence. It is fully air conditioned and the terrace is covered with a superb 45m2 pergola which allows you to take your meals outside even when it is very hot.
You are 15 minutes by car from the center of Aix en Provence.
The Aix countryside offers many possibilities for magnificent walks, on foot or by bike.
You are 45 minutes from the first beaches (carry le rouet, Marseille or to the east, Cassis, La Ciotat, Sanary ... etc. and 20 minutes from the Sainte Victoire massif.
But you can also enjoy barbecues on the terrace under the swimming pool pergola and beautiful naps in the shade of lime and pine trees.
The house is 5 minutes by car from the village of PUYRICARD where a Provencal market awaits you every Friday morning as well as several local shops (pharmacies, fruit and vegetables, butchers, restaurants, cafe, grocery stores, bakeries, dry cleaning).
Aix en Provence offers many opportunities for visits and several weekly markets.

Lovely property in Provence

Outstanding family home for holiday rental. Friendly, helpful owners. Quiet location, but close enough to village and city if required. Plenty to do in the area.

Our stay at this Provençal house was exceptional from start to finish. The property was immaculate, very spacious, and perfectly located for exploring the region. Its proximity to Aix-En-Provence was a big plus as it is a lovely, vibrant town. We came with 3 young children and there was lots of things to do nearby including the brilliant Aqua Park at Lac de Peyrolles and the Zoo Barben for example. The outdoor area of the house is especially lovely, the terrace and swimming pool have a wonderful aspect, and even with neighbours felt very private. The pool does require some maintenance while you stay but Marcel was brilliant at explaining it all and came to check it half way through. Indeed, Marcel deserves special mention: communication was fast and friendly, and he gave us a detailed introduction to the property on our arrival to ensure our comfort and safety. His flexibility and assistance was much appreciated during our stay.We would absolutely return and recommend this villa to anyone seeking a wonderful and authentic Provence experience.

We had a wonderful time at this place. The garden, the pool and the terrace are great. The landlord and a friend of him, who also welcomed us and explained to us the necessary things upon arrival, are both very supportive. We could always reach out to them. Overall, a great stay!

We had an amazing time at the property. Marcel was an excellent host and gave us a detailed introduction to his beautiful house. The house is ideally located to visit the Luberon and Alpilles villages as well as the coastal towns of Cassis, La Ciotat and Frejus. Avignon and Arles are also not far and well worth a visit. Marseille is just half an hour away and it’s an easy 15 minutes into my favourite city - Aix, with its fantastic market, shops and restaurants. Having air conditioning in the house makes a huge difference and meant comfortable nights. We loved the pool and used it every day - the terrace provided an excellent area to eat and socialise in the shade whilst enjoying the lovely view of the surrounding countryside. Thank you Marcel.

Toutes les consignent, notamment celles relatives à l'entretien de la piscine, ont été respectées à la lettre, ce qui nous a permis de retrouver une maison en excellent état. Nous avons passé des vacances splendides dans la belle maison de Marcel qui s'est montré un hôte très accueillant et compréhensif.La climatisation dans chaque pièce était indispensable pendant la canicule du mois de juin. La maison est bien equipée, il ne manque vraiment rien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a plusieures salles de bain, la télévision est superbe, il y avait la coupe du monde, bréf on est comme chez soi, ou même mieux.Le jardin est très agréable avec des endroits ensoleillés mais aussi une terrasse à l'ombre.La piscine, indispensable par une chaleur pareille, vous invite à la baignade.On estd à la campagne, ou le silence règne, mais en 20 minutes, on se retrouve à Aix, une ville fantastique avec plein de possibilités.Un grand merci à Marcel et nous recommendons vivement cette maison.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les hôtes malgre une arrivée un peu tardive. Lla maison est très bien équipée et au calme. L'espace extérieur était également top. On recommande.

Magnifique et grande maison très au calme

Nous avons aimé le calme, la campagne, l’espace dans la maison, la climatisation totale(!), la cuisine toute équipée et hyper fonctionnelle, complétée par le barbecue à gaz! Et par dessus tout la tonnelle sur la terrasse qui nous a permis de passer la majorité de notre temps du petit déjeuner au dîner! Patricia et Marcel sont même passés à mi-séjour pour voir que tout allait bien et même nous tondre la pelouse pour que nous soyons dans le meilleur cadre. Merci à eux de nius avoir ouvert leur maison!

Confort, détente et bien-être

La villa de M. et Mme Zaidi est un havre de paix. Elle est très spacieuse et confortable. Les espaces extérieurs vous offriront d'agréables moments de détente. Elle est parfaitement située pour profiter des nombreuses joies de la région. Par ailleurs, M. et Mme Zaidi sont très chaleureux. Ils nous ont réservé un très bon accueil et sont disponibles pour répondre à vos questions avant et pendant la période de location. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommandez vivement cette location.

Deux bonnes semaines

Des notre arrivée Patricia et Marcel nous ont mis a l’aise ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir bien de suite. La maison est très agréable, correspond bien a la description et possède toutes les facilités nécessaires. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal pour découvrir la région de Aix et Marseille. Virginie et David, accompagnés de Marie et Sébastien et de leurs enfants respectifs ont été les locataires idéaux. Outre qu'ils sont tous extrêmement sympathiques, ils ont été respectueux tant des règles établies que des lieux et au bout de 2 semaines nous avons retrouvé la maison dans un état irréprochable. Super maison avec tout le confort et le calme nécessaire !

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette maison. Patricia et Marcel avaient tout préparé pour que notre séjour se passe à la perfection. Nous avons profité pleinement des magnifiques extérieurs avec la piscine et la terrasse. Les chambres sont très spacieuces, la cuisine très grande et super bien équipée. Merci pour ce séjour

Calme et confort

Excellent accueil, Monsieur et Madame Zaidi ont été charmants, nous ont tout expliqué et mettent à disposition un carnet avec l'ensemble des informations nécessaires pour le quotidien et les visites touristiques. La maison est grande, bien aménagée et très confortable. Bien située, vous pourrez profitez du calme ambiant tout en pouvant retrouver les villes alentours en moins de 15 minutes. Pour conclure, d'excellentes vacances!
