Affordable Beachside At Sugar Beach Condos in Orange Beach, AL Centrally located

This property is centrally located on Pleasure Island on the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach line. It’s about ten minutes from the Florida/Alabama line where the infamous FloraBama Lounge has been FOREVER.

It has one king size bedroom with full bath upstairs and sofa bed and full bath downstairs. It is 707 square feet with fully stocked kitchen, books, games, beach toys, all linens and towels and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

We have four pools, one of which is heated as well as a kiddie pool. Tennis courts for those fans are on second floor.

This unit is on the third floor, yes there are elevators with plenty of carts to load your stuff on to load and unload. The good part is when you get off elevator and go through double doors, it’s the first unit on the right.

As you will see in the pictures we sit directly on the sand and the walkway from pool to sand is about 15-20 feet.

I bought this unit last May and most all condos use cleaners with inspectors behind that. They allow about 30 minutes for the girl to clean. I found potato chip bags and dust under the bed so health permitting I clean and sanitize this unit as if I was staying there and it takes two hours to do it right
