Two-week rental minimum is required for this spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in the Green Harbour Complex of Lake George. Conveniently located between Lake George Village & Bolton Landing. A Great location to enjoy all major attractions in the region while in an upscale townhouse overlooking the beauty of Lake George. Lake views from every room.
The main level of three levels enjoys a vaulted living room with fireplace, an updated fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. The living room leads to an open deck where the views can be enjoyed in fresh air. The dining area leads to a family room with a 55” TV and its own views. The unit’s upper level contains a master bedroom suite with a beautiful large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Two additional large bedrooms are on the lower walkout level, with a full bathroom. Central air-conditioning, televisions in each bedroom, Digital cable, and wireless internet provided.
Rental includes use of a large private sandy beach a short drive across the street and docking for a 22’ boat. (Please note: If you trailer your boat, there is no trailer storage available on the property) The heated outdoor pool, tennis court, and fitness center are just steps away.
Sleeps a maximum of six with a queen bed in each bedroom. NO SMOKING/NO PETS -. Requires a $500 refundable security deposit.
Sheets, pillow cases, comforters and towels are not included in the weekly rental
Parking is limited to two cars only

A Lake George respite

Great Vacation

We stayed at this wonderful townhouse in July. There are amazing views of the lake from every room. We were very comfortable, it was spacious, clean and had every amenity. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool. We look forward to booking it again.

winter get away

Loved this town house, it was decorated so beautifully the kitchen was updated, and the view was fantastic. we had so much snow but the roads were plowed and they even shoveled our walkway. Great place highly recommend this unit.

Great place

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for sharing your house with us. We had a wonderful time. I wanted to let you know that we’ve stayed at several houses in Green Harbor over the years and by far you have your house set up as if I was not a renter guest but a friend of the family. From the bathrooms well stocked with toilet paper, kitchen stocked with toweling, garbage bags, sanitizer, hand soap and other things. The appliances were new and upgraded, TVs in all the rooms etc. Bedding was plentiful although we brought our own due to the Covid. Many thanks again for renting us your place.

Wonderful Summer Vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to relax, play games and eat dinner in on rainy nights. The view of Lake George is stunning from just about every room on the property. The owner is very responsive and attentive. We would definitely come back!

Great spot, everything you'll need!

The townhouse was perfect for my family for the week. Having small kids, access to the pool (saltwater, impeccably maintained) and private beach (spacious with nice swimming area) were so nice. The townhouse itself had everything you'll need and more, had a great layout and was super clean. The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful home, great location

Vito was very easy to work with and organized. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Very clean and has everything you need. Spa tub and a great view of the lake from a cozy room with the wood stove. The walkway was shoveled right away after snow. Centrallyy located and short drives to both Lake George and Bolton Landing. We were even able to do a little sledding with the kids (3 and 6) right out back. Highly recommend and would love to see it in the summer too. Very close to pool, tennis courts and a short drive to the beach.

Fantastic house! Perfect view! Amazing location!

Highly recommended to any group of friends or family. This is an awesome house located right off the main road of Lake George. It’s a beautiful homeowners association with a pool and tennis court. The house itself has three spacious bedrooms and a common area very conducive to spending time all together - a big main area connected to the kitchen and a comfy reading room overlooking the lake. There are plenty of activities (hiking, skiing, tubbing, etc.) within 20 minutes driving and supermarkets and a cute town nearby too. The house as all the amenities you don’t think you need but you will use and enjoy (tide pods, surround sound music, kurig, games, Apple TV, shampoo, paper goods, etc). It was also a pleasure to communicate with the property manager and he was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We love this place and will be back soon!

Beautiful views and amenities; responsive owner

Green Harbour is in a wonderful location - close to both Bolton Landing and Lake George Village. While you need to drive to the beach area, the pool and tennis courts are a short walk, and the beach area itself has plenty of parking and is lovely. Everything is well kept.

This place has everything you will need from the beach to the pool to the use of a dock also very clean and in a great location not far from town. Awesome views also. Vito the property manager was great to work with throughout our stay.

Wonderful home away from home experience

The rental was located in a safe and beautiful location. It was very clean and perfectly set up to accommodate the entire family. We were able to get in some great outdoor exercise and hang in the pool in the afternoon. It’s a warm and friendly environment. The village is only about 10 minutes away and the trolly makes a stop at the bottom of the hill. The owner was always reachable and accommodating. We visit the Lake a few times each year and we always do HomeAway rentals. This was one of our favorites. The overall experience was wonderful and we Look forward to visiting again soon!

Wonderful Town House Property close to South Lake George

Great amenities. Great views. Great accommodations. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Access to boat dock and beach area just a short drive across Route 9N.
