Beautiful modern finca style Villa located in the heart of Cerritos, Pereira Risaralda (Eje cafetero) featured with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Includes a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Amenities include chapel, pool, jacuzzi, soccer field, bbq area, lake, and pool table area with bathroom. Only 56km to Parque del Cafe, 30km to Los Termales San Vicente, 45km to Panaca, 5km to Ukumari, and 3km to La Castilla Shopping Center.

Note: Villa caretaker lives on property in their separate house. Internet on property. No house parties; for formal events needs to be approved by owner.
Jacuzzi Restrictions use as follows:
Monday through Friday 2 hours daily
Saturday & Sunday 4 hours daily
Please note jacuzzi use MUST be prior to midnight.
