Nice villa with garden of 118m2 situated in the town of Santa Maria Poggio only 800m from the beaches and 1,5km from the shops of the resort of Moriani Plage.
The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms each with its own TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath, double WC, a large living room of 56 m2 Including a corner living room with corner sofa and television, dining area and a kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer ... a large terrace with dining area Of 20 m2 as well as a done up garden with living room of garden and barbecue ...
Ideal location for relaxing on the sandy beaches of the Costa Verde or for hiking along the many hiking trails that the region offers (waterfall of the Ucelluline, swimming possible) ... You can also discover the "Castagniccia "Region well known for its chestnut grove located a few kilometers away.
For those who wish to cruise Corsica know that Bastia is only 40 minutes, Porto-Vecchio at 1h30, Corté at 1h and the beaches of Balagne at 1h30.

Kleines feines Haus mit Pool

Das Buchen war völlig unkompliziert. Ebenso der Kontakt mit den Vermietern.In der Küche war alles da, was das Herz braucht. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre schön..wie mussten nach jeder Mahlzeit den Spüler mit wenig Geschirr in Gang setzen.

Leuke rustige locatie op wandelafstand van de zee. Mooie waterval in de buurt. Hebben uitstappen gedaan naar Bastia, Bonifacio en Calvi. Canyoning zeker aan te raden!

Agréable Sejour

Nous avons passé un séjour plus qu'agréable dans cette magnifique maison tranquille avec piscine. Le panier garni offert à notre arrivée était une délicate attention qui a tout de suite donné le ton. La maison est parfaitement équipée et située, offrant calme et confort avec une vue sublime. Les plages à proximité sont superbes, et les visites de la Corse ont été une véritable découverte. De plus, les Corses sont très accueillants, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci pour cette expérience au top, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

tres belles vacances

Tres belles vacances dans cette maison qui est récente et bien aménagée. La maison est pratique et climatisée. La piscine est petite mais tres agreable apres une journee de chaleur. La piscine demande un entretien minutieux qui necessite un passage regulier mais discret du propriétaire. Le seul bemol sil devait y en avoir un est la literie qui nest pas extraordinaire mais pour une semaine, on peut s'en accomoder. Nous avons ete tres bien accueilli par Catherine et son Mari

Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen

Wir (fünfköpfige Familie) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Alles ist relativ neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet (inkl. Geschirrtabs, Alufolie, Gewürze, Öl etc. etc.) Bei Ankunft erhielten wir von Catherine ein schönes Willkommenskörbchen mit korsischen Leckerein! Wir durften uns sogar im Tomatengarten bedienen. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Belle maison avec piscine près des plages

Une maison fonctionnelle avec 3 chambres, climatisation et piscine. Rien ne manque, les propriétaires ont été parfaits sur l’heure d’arrivée comme sur celle de départ. Avec en prime un coin potager!! Des bons restaurants aux environs, et des belles plages à proximité. Un séjour très reposant!

Superbe maison très agréable !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine : la maison est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Au bout d'une impasse, donnant sur une foret, c'est très calme et parfaitement fonctionnel. La piscine est un vrai plus et très appréciable; Idem pour la douche extérieure quand on revient de la plage ;-) La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne et la clim est aussi un plus par fortes chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et donnent même accès à un petit potager dans le jardin, avec d'excellentes tomates. Nous avons été très bien accueilli ! Merci beaucoup à vous !

Très belle expérience

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est très proche de plusieurs plages et de la montagne pour les amateurs de rando, donc l’endroit idéal pour nous. Nous avons été très bien accueillie malgré le retard a l'arrivé de notre avion, la maison est trés belle spacieuse et conforme aux photos tout était très bien. Accueil parfait, emplacement et maison également. Conforme aux photos. Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse. Merci pour votre accueil et confiance. Nous avons séjourner à 4 adultes dans la maison, tout était parfait. Malgré les premiers jours pluvieux, nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur et du barbecue !
