Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

This home, built in 1955, is fully furnished and is near stores, shopping and approximately two miles from the U of O campus. The home features big kitchen area and large back yard and deck. Room for RV or boat parking that can be behind a gate. Wi-Fi and Cable TV available.
Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, Air Mattress . Washer and dryer in house.

Eugene is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, about a hour drive to the Oregon Coast and about an hour drive to the Cascade Mountains. The area is surrounded by rivers and lakes with plenty of fishing and hunting areas near by.

Our family had a great stay at Steve’s! The home is very spacious and had the perfect gathering area in the spacious, open kitchen. As others have reviewed, the house is a blast from the past and doesn’t have a lot of “frill” to it, but it’s exactly as described in the listing! Steve was a great, friendly host that promptly answered my messages. We will definitely be staying again!
