We were pleased with the cabin. It clear the owners put in thought and effort into the design, decor and comfort of the cabin. We loved the grounds and private beach access. Communication with owners was smooth before and during stay.
We came here for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Location is private and absolutely stunning and the cabin was perfect. 10/10 Definitely will stay again!
The stay here was great. The cabin is clean and cozy. Most of what you need is already there. They even provide kindling and firewood at the fireplace.
Beautiful and quiet location, we will be coming back!
This place was a slice of heaven! Everything was accurate on the listing. Easy check in and check out. The wildlife viewing is outstanding! We hope to return some day!
My wife and I have added this to the list of places we would love to return to. Quiet, peaceful, it had everything we would want or need for our stay. Also the owners of the Pillar Rock Cannery down the road were awesome and gave us a great tour of the history and property.
If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this should be at the top of your list.
Enjoyed it so much we had to come back. Looking forward to visit again! Appreciate the thoughtful details. Loved the visiting deer. (Brought apples for them)
We enjoyed our weekend away at this wonderful, off the beaten path little cabin. Getting our own little tour of the old cannery was fantastic and different than other tours of historic sites and we appreciated it so much! Being a ‘short’ hour drive from Astoria and Long Beach was nice to give us a little leg stretch. Definitely plan on returning with our little ones!
The drive out to the property in the fall is a delight for your senses and the views from the property are even better than I imagined based on the listing. The property is gorgeous, quiet and secluded. Perfect size for my spouse, baby and I. It was very clean and had everything we could have needed!
There are few places this wonderful that feel this secluded. This is perfect for any couple (or individual) who want to get away to have a little peace away from it all and be in nature. The owners have created a little paradise to share with you. We will be back ... hopefully often!
Very secluded peaceful area. The cabin had everything you could need for a short stay. Beautiful view of the river and even kayaks set up use. Fire pit was set up so all we had to do was light it. Interesting nik nacks in the cabin to examine.
Long weekend with the husband and 5yo and the Coho cabin was a dream. Clean and well stocked, clearly lovingly cared for and invested in down to the tiniest details. The cabin was quite with easy access down to the beach. We hope to come back in the future for a longer stay. Thanks for the hospitality!
Quiet, clean, beautiful river view, wildlife, historic cannery nearby.
Bring your own supplies. Many last minute items were available.
There are board games and toys for any weather conditions.
