Phenomenal Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was ideal. In addition to incredible ocean views, the unit was clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. We walked to coffee shops in morning, and wonderful restaurants for dinner. The bikes were a great perk and we were able to explore other beaches and shops north and south of Rosemary Beach. I would definitely rent this unit again and hope to soon.

Rosemary Beach Highpointe

Everything was very nice. It was tough getting in to the condo due to parking lot work. Probably the only big disappointment is the check in time. 5:00 check in is too late considering check out is 10:00 a.m. Quite a bit to pay for getting in and sleeping for the night.

Great Area

It was a nice condo in a great location with the exception of the construction going on in the condo above us for the 2 weeks we were there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo. The location is right on the beach and the condo itself is very nice. We did experience a couple of malfunctions, namely, the dryer wouldn’t work, and the disposal didn’t work. Both were responded to very promptly, although they could not get the part for the dryer in because it was Christmas. Also, nothing to do with the condo, but there is a terrible smell in the bottom hallway, and elevator. It’s the cleaning agent they use and they really need to switch it up. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this place!!
