Love the condo. Just wish both elevators were working and that they had a bar at the pool, but that has nothing to do with the owner. The condo itself was beautiful

Home away from home

This property had everything we needed. The condo was clean as well as the property grounds. Easy access to the beach. We took full advantage of the grill, it was in good condition and clean. Lots of things for the kids to do swim , basketball, pickle ball, pool, table tennis... the property wasn't crowded and neither was the beach. This is also a quiet part of town.

Peck Plaza

The ladies that greeted us were fantastic. The issue we had was only one elevator “working” and it was down for hours on Friday. 22 flights of stairs was not great. We were given two key fobs for 5 people. It was not fun trying to schedule everyone’s time in and out when we had 5 adults that wanted to do their own thing but couldn’t get back in the building. The hot tub was not working the entire time we were there. There was a gentleman whom I assume is a tenant in the building being very vocal in the lobby about his distain for “these special event renters”. The condo was nice. The ladies that greeted us were nice. The building and facilities were old and worn down. If we had known the issues with the elevators and the hot tub and the angry tenants giving us the stink eye, we would have rented elsewhere. Can’t say enough good things about Carrie and the other sweet ladies that welcomed us though.

Amazing vacation!

Everything was perfect at this property. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly. All of the amenities on the property are like new (fitness room, billiards, ping pong, tennis, basketball, corn hole, and more). Carrie made our check in and out very easy. The best part of this property is the incredible view. I would not hesitate to book again!

Breathtaking view

Fantastic property. The views from the wrap-around windows and balcony are simply breathtaking, and include the intracoastal waterway and the ocean, from the 22nd floor. The condo was spacious, comfortable, cheery, and well-provisioned. The pool is very nice, and there are plenty of amenities such as cornhole, basketball, and tennis to keep a family occupied. The restaurant on the top floor is a worth a visit. Overall, this was a great property and trip, and the owners and manager were great to work with. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely return!

Week of Peace

Condo is great. One bedroom is magnificent and one is average. Perfect for couples trip but then which couple takes the average bedroom. You need to take toilet paper , paper towels and trash bags . We were told they were provided and they do provide one roll, one trash bag etc. Take pillows you are provided with 4 per bed there are no extras and if you request extra they will tell you they are not a hotel . The pool and hot tub close at “dusk”. For us they closed at 6:00 , This is way too early and really doesn’t work. The pool is a deal breaker for not returning.

We hope that you were able to have a nice time even with misunderstanding what we provide. We let guests know that we are not a hotel for the very reason that you are stating. As a vacation rental condo, we provide a start-up supply toilet paper so you don't have to run to the store as soon as you arrive. The pool closes at Dusk so I can't comment on that. We do have 24 hr service for our guests to take care of issues. I'm sorry you didn't reach out to us on the pool issue.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Carrie made sure everything was clean and ready for us! The parking garage has very low ceilings, we drive a mini van and had to park in the side parking lot in order to open up the hatch, but this did not take away from our stay. There were plenty of spots in the side lot.
