SKI SEASON: Parking passes are required for all Aspenwood, Terracehouse, and Willows condos and guests will need to go to the Parking Office to obtain permit. Snowmass Vacations will not be held responsible for any parking citations issued to guests.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please be advised that the entire building adjacent to the property has been torn down. It is anticipated that reconstruction will start April 2026. The noise levels will be elevated, especially during the summer months, due to ongoing construction activities. We appreciate your understanding and patience as this necessary construction takes place.

Great place to stay in Snowmass

We stayed in this property for 5 days, it's in a great location if you are skiing. Very comfortable and compact setting. I would recommend it for a couple.

Beautiful view....I didn't realize it was up stairs but we managed. Next time I will ask, whether there are stairs. Overall, it was very nice stay.

Snowmass Village Condo

Condo was comfortable but small. We had to have all our luggage in the living room because the bedroom is very tight. And you HAVE to park across the street and bring your luggage up. But for 2 people the condo was very comfortable and close to coffee and restaurants.

Pleasant Snowmass Condo

Condo was a little difficult to find but once we found it we were pleased with the location and cleanliness. It was different for my 67 year old husband carrying luggage up the hill and up the stairs but I found it a good workout. Well appointed other than the mini trash can in the kitchen.

Summer

Overall, nice property. A bit noisy with windows opened while busses shuttle Snowmass visitors around resort property. Finding the right temperature for the refrigerator was difficult as our food kept freezing. Bed and living room were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and closet space. Thanks for the nice stay.

It does the job!

Enough for 2 people. Half way by to the base and the Snowmass mall. Walk to the slopes. , not through the street as it gets further. I actually snowboard back to my appartment after dinner at the mall . Parking is as closed as it can get in Snowmass. Comfy bed , too.

Willows Property Requires Unadvertised Climb up Steep Steps

Nothing in the listing prepared us for the steep climb with heavy baggage, which property mgr. Taylor fortunately helped us with. We first stayed in a so-so property (Willows B6) and then moved to a much better decorated and cleaner unit next door (B5).

Very nice place, too close to the road

This is a very tidy and well setup condo, tiny but adequate for 2. Upon arriving, the lockbox was open and there was no key inside of it. As there’s no direct communication with management you can only reach them by going through the VRBO site- very inconvenient & not at all user friendly. A young woman finally did respond & open the door & credited one nights stay for the inconvenience so it worked out but had it been later, after dark, who knows? Main downside to this unit is that it’s right on the street so there’s a lot of noisy bus activity.

The unit was well-located and comfortable. Having a large ski locker was a plus. The kitchen lacked some fairly essential items, including a salad spinner or at least a strainer. Without these, it was very difficult to make a salad or pasta. Also, silverware was quite limited.

Close to the slopes, nicely decorated. Host very responsive. I would have appreciated a hair dryer and couple of extra blankets in the unit and a bit more detailed instructions to find the condo in the complex. I would stay here again.

Great place for the money.

Location is next to the bus stop. 500 yd walk then strap in and ski down to village express. Great parking lot next to the condo if you have a rental car. It is a little small, but works for a couple, and maybe a third with the pull out twin if ur on a budget. Property management was quick to Fix the lock when it stopped working. Very professional. Only down side is they requested for me to do the dishes and take out the trash. That’s what a cleaning fee is for. The Maids come there anyways. I would Recommend to a friend !

Great Place to visit Snowmass

We stayed during a week at this tiny but confortable apartment. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Very cozy. Recommend for no more than 3 people.
