Large well decorated apartment with private terrace of 40 sqm located on the ground floor of a detached villa within walking distance (500 meters) of the village of MOUANS-SARTOUX (Alpes-Maritimes) about 10 kilometers by car from CANNES, 5 kilometers from MOUGINS, and 7 kilometers from GRASSE. The pool is heated and accessible from 10am to 8pm. Public transport near the villa (bus stop about 300 meters from the villa and train station 900 meters).
The old village of MOUANS-SARTOUX is very typical and lively with many restaurants. It hosts many festivals and events. Shops are nearby.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017. The decoration is modern and warm.
It is perfect for 2 to 6 people. The living room is very large and benefits from a sofa bed nine 160. There are two single rooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, induction hob. The living room is equipped with a television (Netflix possibility), WIFI, and board games. A summer terrace, equipped with a Barbecue, about 40m2, allows to rest or to take the meals.

Excellent accommodation in convenient location

Mouans Sartoux is in an excellent location, not far from Cannes with easy access to the rest of the Cote d'Azur and also historic towns and villages such as Grasse, Valbonne and Mougins. We loved this apartment and, although we didn't know at the time of booking, we were the first guests in Frederic and Valarie's recently refurbished apartment. It is conveniently located, beautifully designed and appointed to a high standard. A couple of minor issues were quickly addressed by Frederic, who was very attentive and for whom nothing was too much trouble. Frederic & Valerie were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you very much.

Merci à Valerie et Frédéric pour ce merveilleux séjour. Ce logement est décoré avec beaucoup d élégance et tout le confort y est installé pour nous permettre d y être comme chez nous dans un esprit très zen. Le logement ainsi que la partie piscine est très propre et toujours bien entretenus. Nous sommes venue avec mes enfants en transports en commun et nous avons effectué notre séjour à pieds. Il y a un arrêt de bus près du logement afin de visiter Cannes, Grasse....une gare est située en centre ville qui dessert également d autres villes...les rues du village sont juste magnifiques et nous avons pu faire nos courses à pieds. Quant à Valerie et Frédéric se fut une véritable rencontre coup de cœur... ce sont des personnes formidables, passionnantes avec énormément de douceur. Ils ont su nous mettre à l aise et nous faire découvrir les alentours de Mouans-Sartoux . Nous sommes totalement sous le charme. Marion

Wonderful break in a spacious and well-appointed apartment

Frederic and Valerie were extremely welcoming hosts and the property had everything we could have possibly needed. Good access to transport links meant there was no need for a car - the train provided good access to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco (amongst other locations). Mouans-Sartoux had plenty of excellent restaurants and lots of other facilities, we could eat out or in as the mood took us. Highly recommended.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft und Umgebung

Wir waren vom 11. bis 23. Aug. 2019 zu Gast bei Frederic und Valerie. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss eines 2 stöckigen Hauses. Sie ist neuwertig eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht, besonders die Klimanalage ist hier hervorzuheben. Eine Terrasse kann man zum draussen Sitzen nutzen, jedoch bitte Schnakenspray nicht vergessen. Über eine Treppe erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool (der aber nur selten auch von der Fam. genutzt wird), dazu neu hinzu kam in unserer Zeit auch ein Whirlpool (36° und Blubber). Am Pool, auf der großen Terrasse, gibt es ausreichend Liegen und Schattenplätze. In nur max. 150 m ist ein Bäcker mit leckeren Baquettes und Croissants. Frederic (spricht auch deutsch) und Valerie (englisch) sind immer ansprechbar und man wird immer mit guten Tipps versorgt. Sie waren stets bemüht um unser Wohlergehen, vielen Dank dafür nochmal. Kleiner Tipp, wenn man keine 2x2 m Bettbezüge hat, sollte man die Option zum Leihen (plus Handtücher) gegen Aufpreis nutzen! Es gibt viel zu sehen, die Parfumstadt Grasse ca. 7 km, Cannes ca. 10 km, Nizza und Antibes ca. 20 bis 25 km entfernt, also alles in der näheren Umgebung. Nur nach Monaco braucht man mind. eine Std., das hängt aber damit zusammen, dass es in die größeren Städte (Monaco, Nizza und Cannes) beim Reinfahren oft Stau gab. Wir waren in Mandelieu-la-Napoule am Strand, der nicht ganz so überlaufen schien wie Nizza und Cannes. Zum Essen waren wir abends in der kleinen Altstadt mit den schmalen Gassen, da reiht sich ein Restaurant an das andere, Fussweg max. 10 min (Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, lohnt also nicht mit dem Auto hinzufahren). Auch zu empfehlen für einen Ausflug am Abend ist die Altstadt in Antibes mit der Stadtmauer am Hafen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gegend nur empfehlen!

Tolle Unterkunft in toller Umgebung!

Eine tolle Unterkunft (tolle Küche, Klimaanlage, Pool) in phantastischer Umgebung. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Grasse, Cannes, Nizza, Mônaco, Badeorte an der Côte d’Azur) in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, engagiert und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub und jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Séjour agréable passé à quatre, mais location largement prévue pour accueillir six personnes. Superbe accueil de Valérie et Frédéric. Propriétaires sympathiques et très à l'écoute, soucieux du confort et du bien être de leurs locataires. On s'y sent à l'aise dès l'arrivée. Location agréable et propre. Très bien aménagée et spacieuse avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires. Espace extérieur convivial et intime avec barbecue gaz à disposition. Très calme. A proximité des commerces (possibilité de s'y rendre à pied facilement et rapidement) et du centre du village de Mouans-Sartoux. Vieux village agréable et animé avec nombreux restaurants. Location à 15 minutes de l'autoroute et à 30 minutes de Cannes.

Super schöne, neue Ferienwohnung mit herzlichen Vermietern

Wir buchten vom 21.07.-28.07.2018 mit 2 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (im Alter von 6-18 Jahren), die Wohnung für unseren Urlaub. Bereits bei der Ankunft begrüßte uns Frederic sehr herzlich, zeigte uns die Wohnung, den kleinen Garten mit Grill und beantwortete unsere Fragen sogar in Deutsch. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl und freuten uns nach jedem Ausflug auf die klimatisierte, sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt unweit von einem sehr guten Bäcker entfernt, bei dem wir uns jeden morgen tolle Baguettes holten. Auch den Ortskern besuchten wir gern zu Fuß um ein Eis zu Essen und durch die engen Gässchen zu schlendern. Frederic stand uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und war ein offener, sehr bemühter Gastgeber. Wir können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gern wieder wenn wir an der Cote d´Azur Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!!

Modern eingerichtete Souterrainwohnung mit privatem Innenhof. Sehr angenehm durch die Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter waren sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit bei allen auftretenden Fragen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und man kommt mit dem Auto schnell in jede Richtung. Wir habn uns bei Valerie und Frederic shr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Frederic und Valerie sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien und sowohl sauber als auch gut ausgestattet. Auch die Verkehrsanbindung nach Grasse und Cannes ist ideal. Frederic und Valerie haben uns sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und sind immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung klappte super, da Frederic sehr gut deutsch spricht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!

Schöne Wohnung und (leider) schlechtes Wetter

Wir haben uns hier recht wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, im Souterrain. Der Vermieter (Frederic) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt im gleichen Haus, ein Stockwerk höher. Die Ferienwohnung ist über eine Innentreppe mit der Wohnung des Vermieters verbunden. Da diese Verbindung nicht abgeschlossen ist hat man bei Bedarf schnellen Kontakt zum Vermieter und umgekehrt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Hauptverkehrsstraße an einem steilen Hang. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind eingeschränkt. Wir waren dem Vermieter sehr dankbar dafür, dass er uns angeboten hat unser Auto auf dem Grundstück zu parken. Er ist mit seinem Auto auf die Strasse ausgewichen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde in unmittelbarer Nähe ein größeres Gebäude gebaut, mit Baukrahn, Gehämmer, und den üblichen Lärmentwicklungen am Bau. Darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht infomiert. Ein toller Bäcker ist fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt da tolles Baguette, super Croissants und andere Leckereien. Der Ortskerns ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt dort ein paar nette Geschäfte und Restaurants.
