Appartement bien situe et agreable
Situatiion grande salle de bain balcon sur la plage etat general de l appartement.
L etat de la litetie (oreillers matelas) est plutot douteux et meriterait d etre changee)pour plus d hygiene des houses et aleses seraient les bienvenue.Difficile d acces pour les bagages parties communes vieillottes.

La vue sur la mer avec le grand balcon, le calme, la proximité de la plage et du centre de Lacanau...
Il est temps de ravaler la résidence.
Le canapé lit a un matelas en fin de vie.

un seul jeu de clés alors que l'appart est prévu pour 4 personnes, c'est très contraignant.
manque de vaisselle (couverts et tasses)
pas de porte manteau (alors qu'il y a largement la place dans l'entrée
