Affordable Luxury Condo - Close to beach, shopping and restaurants

Amelia Island is a great place to vacation! It reminds your of the old fashioned beach towns that dotted the Atlantic Coast before hotels and high rise communities replaced them. The white sand beaches have picnic areas and life guards (summer). Fort Clinch is one of the several beautiful state parks on the island. Civil War re-enactments are held there the first weekend of the month. There is something here for everyone.

You can hear the ocean from the grounds of Amelia Landing Resort. You’re just a block and a half away. Nestled in a grove of 100 year old oak trees is your first floor two bedroom/2 bath private villa. You’ll have everything you need. Just bring your clothes and purchase your groceries from one of the four convenient grocery stores on the island.

Your villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with high speed Internet, digital flat screen TV’s and DVD and phones with unlimited long distance. Though there are lots of great restaurants on the island, you can spend an evening in and cook; your kitchen is fully equipped for any meal prep. Delivery from several restaurants is an option. For your home entertainment, there are cards, board games, puzzles and videos. Before retiring for the evening, take a long soothing bath in one of the two large soaking tubs. Relax on your screened porch and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Within the grounds you can sun by the largest outdoor pool on the island, play tennis (racquets are supplied) or picnic. Grills are located in each picnic area. Walk to the beach or drive and don’t worry about beach items, we supply chairs, towels, umbrella, beach bag, cooler and boogie boards. Please note that our condo association has a strict four guest limit including young children and infants. Please do not submit a booking request if your group contains more than a total of four.

We enjoyed our stay. Lori was very nice and communicated and responded to my concerns promptly. Everything We needed was supplied… It was a very positive experience. My only complaint would be. I feel that more attention needs to be given to the cleanliness mostly in the bedrooms. The floor and baseboards were pretty dirty with remnants of used Kleenex from the last guest’s stay….also sheets need to be changed before the next guest. I had to change the sheets. I felt that they were soiled and overlooked….also would be really nice if new pillows with Support would be available. Other than that, everything else was very nice and I would go back again.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was clean, cozy, and convenient to the beach and several restaurants. If you are looking for an affordable place to relax and enjoy a little downtime then this is the place. Lori was a pleasure to book with and check-in was a breeze.

Month of March

This is our second time staying at Amelia Landings for the month of March. It is a safe, quiet community of villas nestled among live oaks and beautiful blooming azaleas at this time of year. This condo is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for the month. It is centrally located on the island, a 7 minute walk to the beach, close to local golf courses, hiking and miles of beach walking. We definitely hope to return another year.

Amelia Is Condo

The place was nice. we had a couple of things that needed to be addressed with the owners. We had to kill at least two large palmetto bugs. the shelf above the master bath sink was loose. There was a lose piece of molding on a kitchen cabinet between the doors on the left side above the sink. We found working the TV remotes very difficult. Even with instructions that were left for us, we could not get channels changed. We enjoyed the area and the condo itself. The lanai was beautiful. It was too cold for the beach but I am sure it would have been great. We were there for the Dickens on Centre festival and truly enjoyed it.
