~NEW TO RENTAL MARKET~ Come to visit beautiful and serene Amelia Island. The weather is beautiful year round. Activities, shopping, and history abounds in this little gem of the Atlantic Ocean.

A year long renovation project has just been completed and is now ready for YOU and the rental market. This newly painted first floor (5 steps) Amelia Landings Condo features a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Unique to Amelia Landings rentals, is a KING size bed in the master suite. (Truly a rarity). The second bedroom has two twins with luxurious Tuft and Needle mattresses. In addition, a convenient pullout couch converts to a full size bed as well. Both bathrooms feature new vanities, fixtures, and granite tops. The kitchen has just received a facelift, granite and tile. A new coffee/wine bar has been added along with a new full size washer and dryer to meet your family's needs. A large lanai with ceiling fan boasts two sitting areas surrounded by greenery making the most of the outdoors. Entrances directly from the master bedroom and the living room make this a favorite place for morning coffee or afternoon wine and appetizers.

The condo boasts TV's in both bedrooms and in the living room using YouTube Live TV with Netflix and other channels available for your sign in. There are ceiling fans in every room. One of the largest outdoor pools on the island is steps away. A convenient boardwalk takes you to the ocean in 8- 10 minutes. We supply all linens, beach towels, soap, trash bags, and starter paper products. We always have chairs and children's toys available along with a cart to take beachside. Our kitchen has an array of spices, crockpot, rice maker, blender, coffeemaker and grinder, and Viking cookware.

What a great place! It felt like a little home away from home for a long weekend. The covered porch was perfect for a rainy morning, and the location was better than we'd even expected, with a walkway through the neighborhood dropping you at restaurants and the beach in mere minutes. David was wonderful to work with and lives super close in case of any issues (he even saw us looking for the walkway and helped direct us!). We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Beach

We enjoyed our time on Amelia Island! The condo was perfectly located from the beach and tons of restaurants. We enjoyed all the amenities provided as well. Our toddler enjoyed the selection of beach toys! David was a super communicative host and was able to answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Inside was great. Everything worked and was clean. Beach toys and towels were in great condition. It was great to have a washer and dryer on location. The walk to beach was about 10 mins, so not terrible. Overall very pleased.

Wonderful Vacation Location

We were very comfortable at the condo. It was so clean and nice! We swam just about every day in the pool and played pickleball too. It was so convenient to have the washer and dryer in our condo and the extras that were provided (dishes, Beach toys, beach umbrella, boogie board, etc) meant that we didn’t have to bring as much stuff. David was terrific to work with throughout the whole process from Booking to our stay to arriving, to leaving. We highly recommend staying here!

Prefect Beach Getaway!!!

Great location! Owner was great to work with! The condo had everything we needed including a stocked kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, towels and an umbrella! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. And they even have a beach wagon! But just so fun to drive onto the beach and park. Plenty of spots available. Definitely try Salt Life Sea Shack and Moon River pizza! Both family friendly and so yummy!

Amelia Island Spring Break

We had Everything We could've possibly needed for a Comfortable Stay.. !!! Having a Washer and Dryer, Being Located on the First Level, and the Place being Immaculate and Well Appointed made our Stay Perfect ... !!!... We Were Extremely Happy with our Booking... !!!.. Perfect in every way!

We loved the condo and the host. We were especially appreciative of the first floor position with minimal steps. The host went above and beyond caring for our comfort when there was a water main break due to utility digging in the area. He was easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo location is conveniently located to anywhere we wanted to go. The interior has a very pleasant atmosphere, and was supplied with everything we needed. We highly recommend this property!

Great beach vacation getaway!

The property was exactly as described online! We enjoyed the large screened in porch in the evenings and the location was fantastic to get to historic downtown, Fort Clinch park (our favorite beach access!!) and the beach by the condo. We decided to drive to the beach each day due to the heat however did check out the walkway which was a run down boardwalk (no fault of the owner) however less than a 10 minute walk! You could also walk down the sidewalk of the main road which is probably about a 10 minute walk however it was just too hot but we saw many people going this route! Also, the bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!! We visited the pool a couple times which was very large, clean and never crowded! Also, the condo had everything we needed to eat in one night! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Nice family vacation

The place was just as advertised. Very clean, great porch, very nice king size bed. Definitely worked for my family of 4 with two little kids. It was in a great location and only took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach and it is right next to denuccis which is by far the best ice cream we've ever had! They provided lots of beach stuff which was great. The only thing that was a downer was the shape of the community pool. They don't clean it until midday so morning swims when it is cooler didn't work and it is infested with ants that literally get on you and everything you bring in there so we didn't really get to use it. And took the main road to the beach because the path in the community will get you bit up. But the property owner was so great and the place was amazing so I would definitely recommend this place. I just wish they managed the pool better since I have to little kids that don't go in the ocean yet!
