profonde déception concernant la location et le séjour qui en est fortement gâché.Insonorisation inexistante : La proximité de la route très passante engendre un bruit constant, de jour comme de nuit, empêchant tout repos et rendant impossible les siestes nécessaires à nos enfants en bas âge.Mitoyenneté mal isolée : Nous entendons absolument tout de nos voisins (douches, toilettes, conversations), ce qui confirme un manque évident d’isolation phonique entre les logements.Ces nuisances sonores rendent le lieu impropre au repos, alors que cela constitue un critère essentiel pour un séjour de vacances.Nous avons écourter son séjour et repartir prématurément tant la situation était inconfortable et fatigante Je considère que l’annonce ne reflète pas la réalité

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe quinzaine à Biscarosse Lac. Ideal avec des enfant en bas âge. Logement conforme, propre, très bien situé, très bien équipé. Seule déception, devoir partir à 8h30 au lieu de 11h le dernier jour ce qui n'était pas prévu.
