The location of Sterling Breeze to restaurants, grocery store, and coffee shops is perfect. The pool is always clean and I would encourage guests to have a good conversation with Mrs. Barbara. She cleans the pool and does an excellent job. We like Sterling Breeze because there is not another high rise condo to the left and so it is less crowded.

The property inside was clean and nicely appointed, unfortunately the floor of the balcony was very dirty. To such an extent that it came in on the bottom of your shoes - shame as the appartment is beautifully turned out.

Best location in the building. We loved the location and layout

Loved the 4th floor location, walked right across from the parking lot over the crosswalk, and never had to catch the elevator. The pool is was fantastic, met so many great folks there and at the fire pit. Hard to beat the location, right on the beach, no high rises to your east, pier park right across the street and make SURE to check out Dustys oyster bar.. im now addicted!!

Great condo!!

I was hesitant on the condo bc walking through sterling breeze was a little out dated but the condo was up to date, beautiful, clean and a fantastic view looking out to the ocean! :) it was close to fun activities and seemed to be a safe area in the evenings! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Overall experience was great. The first two days were a little rainy and the water wasn’t pretty, but it cleared it and we had an awesome stay. Rooms were very clean with spectacular views.

Senior Spring break

Sterling breeze is a great location...you have the convenience of Pier Park, but a small time feel in this building. This unit, specifically, is gorgeous, the 4th floor location makes the stairs easily accessible during busy elevator times. Huge condo, beautiful view, we would rent again.

Spring break 2024

We have stayed at Sterling Breeze many times and love the convenience of the location, but less crowded than other larger resorts! With the exception of one elevator wing down and prolonged wait time this year, all was great! 401 was beautiful! It had lots of room and all kitchen accessories needed for the week! We arrived and was able to check in early also!

This condo was as advertised, very clean, beautiful view, well-stocked kitchen. It was good to have 3 bathrooms with 6 of us including 4 teens. The only negative was that the bunk bed mattresses were not very comfortable - would be ok for younger kids.
